I have been using Zyatrim for 7 months now, and have lost 25 pounds without really trying, just eating less, because they suppress the appitite, and give you energy, so I get up and do more now, I look and feel great, I think they work. I think I would have lost this 25 lbs a lot faster if I actually excercised and ate the proper foods, healthy foods that is, but I didnt, I still ate the pizza, cookies, and so on, just less of it, and got outside more, thanks Zyatrim.
