i only was able to try 1 bottle of the old formula before it was discontinued. I was losing a pound a day off that i bet someone else bought the old formula and made them start from scratch. I’m skeptical about the new 1 because u even have to take it differently.

I’ve been taking xenadrine-rfa-x for about two months now. One as soon as I wake up and one 30 min prior to working out. I do some fairly serious lifting 5 days a week at the gym and have a min of 2 cardio sessions per week as well. I eat sensibly with lots of protein and lots of complex carbs. Last spring I was cut and wanted to lose the extra I’d gained over the summer break. I’m disappointed that I seem to have had a more difficult time losing the last 7 extra pounds this year than I ever have before. I’ve decided as of this evening to stop taking the xenadrine. I look forward to sleeping better and losing my last 7 pounds like I always have…without a money grabbing drug. Good luck to all of you!

why was the old xenadrine take off the market. Its was much better than the new one. And how can I get the old xenadrine

Hi I’m on my third day of taking xenadrine rfa-1 i feel a little jittery and anxious. I eat breakfast before i take it and i only take one pill a day. I work out 3 days a week and do lots of cardio. i will report back once i get to 1 week of taking it.

I recently purchased Xenadrine HardCore formula and took it for a few weeks and only lost 2 pounds! That’s after intense exercise and almost starving myself and taking all the recommended doses! This product is junk, do not waste your money! Seriously, I think that all the products that promise weight loss are junk, they promise results, put in a pretty package and charge you major bucks and we are led to believe that they work.

All in all, the only thing that this product did for me was alot of sweating, increased heart-rate and hard to sleep at night, so that is not a good thing!

I used xenadrine with the ephedra about 7 years ago. I lost40LBS and some change. my brothers are body-builders,so they recommended it. It didn’t come overnight, I did cardio workouts after I took the pills and after about 4 months I had a little abs and was cut. well now 7 years later and two more children later this is a different formula of xenadrine and I am really praying that its as effective. I need to lose some major bodyfat. But I did sweat alot while working out with this formual ……….it might be alright!

I have just bought this product, hopefully it will work for me. I need to loose approx. 20 lbs…. If not any other idea that should work….
