  5. I’m about 15 pounds over my comfort zone so wanting to shed those pounds I’m trying the Xenadrine RFA-1 because of the reviews. I’m half way into the second bottle and haven’t lost a single pound (but I haven’t been adding any extra exercise in my routine either). I will say… I am incredibly alert, highly focused, less anxious and on energy overload without having a day of jitters or feeling weird. I will also add as a word of caution… when I skip…feels like my body crashes hard and I am WIPED OUT… also…it highly exaggerates my current mood.   9. I have been using Xenedrine now for 3 months straight and I have not seen any weight loss. In fact, even with all of my running and workouts, I have gained a couple pounds. I also have been getting really bad headaches. This product was not worth the money…and I bought it on sale.

I would not try it if you’re not completely healthy because I am a college athlete just looking for a little more cut than I have and I have had some weird feelings when I take it. While running, my heartbeat is not consistant and it raises my blood pressure. Please be careful taking this product.

  13. I used xenadrine with the ephedra about 7 years ago. I lost40LBS and some change. my brothers are body-builders,so they recommended it. It didn’t come overnight, I did cardio workouts after I took the pills and after about 4 months I had a little abs and was cut. well now 7 years later and two more children later this is a different formula of xenadrine and I am really praying that its as effective. I need to lose some major bodyfat. But I did sweat alot while working out with this formual ……….it might be alright!

  14. I recently purchased Xenadrine HardCore formula and took it for a few weeks and only lost 2 pounds! That’s after intense exercise and almost starving myself and taking all the recommended doses! This product is junk, do not waste your money! Seriously, I think that all the products that promise weight loss are junk, they promise results, put in a pretty package and charge you major bucks and we are led to believe that they work.

    All in all, the only thing that this product did for me was alot of sweating, increased heart-rate and hard to sleep at night, so that is not a good thing!

  15. Hi I’m on my third day of taking xenadrine rfa-1 i feel a little jittery and anxious. I eat breakfast before i take it and i only take one pill a day. I work out 3 days a week and do lots of cardio. i will report back once i get to 1 week of taking it.
