I’m about 15 pounds over my comfort zone so wanting to shed those pounds I’m trying the Xenadrine RFA-1 because of the reviews. I will say… I am incredibly alert, highly focused, less anxious and on energy overload without having a day of jitters or feeling weird. Seems to be a good product so far. I would not try it if you’re not completely healthy because I am a college athlete just looking for a little more cut than I have and I have had some weird feelings when I take it. I used xenadrine with the ephedra about 7 years ago. I lost40LBS and some change. my brothers are body-builders,so they recommended it. It didn’t come overnight, I did cardio workouts after I took the pills and after about 4 months I had a little abs and was cut. well now 7 years later and two more children later this is a different formula of xenadrine and I am really praying that its as effective. I need to lose some major bodyfat. But I did sweat alot while working out with this formual ……….it might be alright!

I recently purchased Xenadrine HardCore formula and took it for a few weeks and only lost 2 pounds! That’s after intense exercise and almost starving myself and taking all the recommended doses! This product is junk, do not waste your money! Seriously, I think that all the products that promise weight loss are junk, they promise results, put in a pretty package and charge you major bucks and we are led to believe that they work.
All in all, the only thing that this product did for me was alot of sweating, increased heart-rate and hard to sleep at night, so that is not a good thing!

I’ve been taking xenadrine-rfa-x for about two months now. One as soon as I wake up and one 30 min prior to working out. I do some fairly serious lifting 5 days a week at the gym and have a min of 2 cardio sessions per week as well. I eat sensibly with lots of protein and lots of complex carbs. Last spring I was cut and wanted to lose the extra I’d gained over the summer break. I’m disappointed that I seem to have had a more difficult time losing the last 7 extra pounds this year than I ever have before. I’ve decided as of this evening to stop taking the xenadrine. I look forward to sleeping better and losing my last 7 pounds like I always have…without a money grabbing drug. Good luck to all of you!

i only was able to try 1 bottle of the old formula before it was discontinued. I was losing a pound a day off that i bet someone else bought the old formula and made them start from scratch. I’m skeptical about the new 1 because u even have to take it differently.

Well i took xenadrine for 3 consecutive months and i lost 60 lbs and got off of it for 2 months , i i tell you , it worked for me ,now it took me 3 days to get use to the product but i have learned , if you take xenadrine early in the morning and the second dose no later than 2:00 in the afternoon you would not have a problem and don’t forget to drink your water , plenty water , like a gallon or close to a gallon a day, you’ll love the results

After reading all these reviews on Xenadrine I am beginning to wonder whether these users who claim they have lost 50 lbs + on the product are delirious due to the contents in the product. You claim that the product works because you have been using Xenadrine and eating healthy – no junk and doing lots of cardio..WELL DUH OF COURSE YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT..that does not necessarily entail the product is working! I am 5’4″, 29 years old. I was up to 240 lbs with my first bottle of Xenadrine Ultra now 212, I stopped taking it for about 3 months and did not gain the weight back, I just started my second bottle hoping to loose 30 more lbs, I did cut down on what I was eating and did start exercising, because it gave me the energy to do so, also I no longer had cravings for food all the time. When I stopped taking it I no longer had that extra boost of energy I needed to keep loosing, but like I said I was able to maintain the weight I had already lost.
