I’ve been taking one pill a day for five days and have had two days of diarrhea to show for it. Days 1 and 2 were fine, day 3 was bad, Day 4 was better, but Day 5 I’m back on the toilet. I will probably lose weight, in a gymnast-that-abuses-laxatives sort of way. :-/

i started taking xenadrine rfa-x with 2 caps 3x a day with a total of 6 caps per day i feel jittery with a little bit headache but so far my pulse rate is normal at rest and it reached 180bpm at its peak of running. I do feel nauseus most of the day. But with regards to energy i can rate it a 10. Ill try this product for 1wk but if the side effect doesnt wear off for sure ill stop.

ive just bought the tablets,and im hopeing they will help me.i go to gym 5 days a wk,and need to loose at least 2 stone… I work hard,at gym,just need,that extra help.fingers crossed.

Upon taking a break from the pill as it was the weekend and I was ready for a break period in my regimen, my poop turned jello green and extremely broken.

i use to take xenadrine w/ ephedrine…they dont make these anymore… so i tried rfa-x with suplemment of ephedrine…and it kicks ass! more energy all day long , more pumps. i one week i lost 5 pounds. Multi vitamins rfa-x in the morning before breakfest… and rfa-x with ephedrine 30 min before workout and you are good to go!

I’ve been using xenadrine rfa-x for more than 2 weeks (that’s more than 84 pills) along with a proper diet and exercise regiment and haven’t seen any results beyond what normal diet and excercise would produce. Save your money stick to regular diet and exercise.

I started taking Xenadrin RFA-x 2 months ago. Only one pill a day and only on days I ran (I run marathons). I wanted to loose weight since I had not run for nearly a year. It defenetly helps if your aim is to loose weight. I have lost 22 pounds and I am running faster than ever. Like all products it works if you watch what you eat and exercise
