I started taking Xenadrin RFA-x 2 months ago. Only one pill a day and only on days I ran (I run marathons). I wanted to loose weight since I had not run for nearly a year. It defenetly helps if your aim is to loose weight. I have lost 22 pounds and I am running faster than ever. Like all products it works if you watch what you eat and exercise

I had pooping problems. My butt is burning!!! I dont understand why though. I’d like to know! I have never had this side effect with any other diet pills.

About 4 years ago I used the old Xenadrine 8 and I was very happy with the product. There was no ephedra in it so it was just as good as this one. I shed all my fats and fited back into size 34 from 36 in a month. I bought this product last night as I did use Rapidcuts but too much marketing not enough real life reports from actual victims. So, I thought this would be just as good as the previous one and I’ll tell you I was right. This morning I got up at 4:30 AM and went to the Gym at 5:00. I completed every tough physical task my trainer told me to do and I had so much energy that I was amazed how effective this product is. It did made me lose 500 Calories in 1 hour of cardio and another 500 via weighlifting. This is a great product. For those of you who did not have a good experience with it, always start with one pil and monitor your mood and exercise intensity. Gradually move up with two or more at your desired time. This is is not a miracle pill but rather a tool to make you lose unwanted fat while taking lots of water to pee out the fat and increase your push in every exercise to prevent fat from camping in your body again.

i used xenadrine rfa-x for one month and i have lost 15 pounds. The boost for my daily runs were great and i had no pooping problems, just upset feeling but it stopped as soon as i ate.

this poduct is not really working .it is very slow in losting weight.

I began taking Xenadrine RFA-X 5 days ago but I had to stop it since my head was near to explode, I could feel the beat of my head veins 24 hrs per day specially at bed time.

After more than 24 hours since I took the last Xenadrine pill I still have the headache.

Cytogenix should recall this product.

This product worked for me, I lost 10 pounds in less than 2 weeks and gave me energy. I didn’t have any popping problems with the product, I am sure it will work for some people and for others not. Like all other products.

Well, now I know what RFA-X stands for: “Run For it.. Awww, XXXX!” After taking only one pill a day for less than a week, I ended up with diarrhea that has kept me up for two days and made me miss work. Thanks Xenadrine!
