All the above happened to me. My bank went after them for fraud, I got my money back. TOTAL RIP OFF NO WEIGHT LOSS WHAT SO EVER!! What a waste of time and a lot of trouble for nothing in return.

Wu Yi tea is a ripoff and tastes awful. I returned it and got most of my money back. They give your name to other companies and they bill you too!! They just access your checking account and take whatever. 9.95 and 4.95. I returned it right after I received it and still received more boxe of it and was billed before I got it.

I ran into the same problems.I called,sent emails..for 9 month they got $59.95 out of my acc.
I had to cancel my cc account to get rid of them.
Tried product for 6 month,DOESN’T WORK !!!!!

i got sucked in too
i’ve been drinking the stuff, doesn’t taste too bad but no weight has fell off, infact i think i weigh more since i started…
have tried phoning but no reply, had two lots delivered within days of each other

BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!SCAM,SCAM,SCAM!!!!!I TRIED PRODUCT DOESN’T WORK. RETURNED AS PER INSTRUCTED BY COMPANY NEVER RECEIVED CREDIT FOR PRODUCT RETURNED. PLUS ADDITIONAL CHARGES FROM OTHER AFFILIATES LINKED TO SITE AND COULD NOT GET THEM STOPPED OR CREDITED EITHER. CONTACTED ALL SEVERAL TIMES AND GOT RUN AROUND BY THEM AND ALOT OF DOUBLE TALK. Hi,yes it’s a scam these people the money out of your account before the trial period is up breaking their own terms and conditions and long distance selling regulations so acting illegally.
If this happens to you. state the above,
Get in touch with your bank close your account and tell the compant that if they do not refund if you are still in the trial period that your bank will come after them for fraud.
If you are out of your trial period, not vbery likely you will get a refund but cancel all of the memberships and keep membership numbers for future ref.

What is also bad is the mailing company who pack and send these productd to you, the tea, dazzle white pills etc are well aware that people are being ripped off and don’t care.
So please expose as much as you can.
Phone them, write to them and tell trading standards and whatchdog.
Get the media involved.
They deserve as much bad publicity as pos as they knowingly behave in an unethical manner to line their own pockets whilst you are being scammed.
