    I tried coz it was a free trial offer. sounded real good. Tea tastes disgusting. product was returned with 2 days. after 4 months i realised my account was being debited 4.95usd and 9.95 usd every month. i had no idea that i was signed up for anything. so be warned they are ripping us of by saying its a free trail offer. I did finally get it cancelled by calling 1800156711 for one and 1800686513 for another just so if anybody is in the same boat as me.

    Could someone tell me what the address is to return my tea so I can get a credit because they will not answer any of my emails but then I don’t think the email addresses are real. I went for the $4.95 trial pack which ended up costings me hundreds and trying to cancel my subscription seems to be impossible purely because I cannot get any info on how to do this. This is just a scam because they keep charging my credit card. Everything everyone else has said is so true I hope people read this and don’t get sucked in like I have.

    I received the tea for free (2 free trials for 5 bucks) and then every month they charged my credit card 80 bucks….I don’t need all that tea. IT isn’t bad, but not worth the money. They say they cancelled, but we will see if I get my money back…what a rip.

    I ran into the same problem. I called the phone number that was printed on my bank statement, underneath the Wu-yi transaction. They cancelled my account as of that day but I never received the second batch of tea so was not able to return it and receive a credit for it. Over all, the conclusion I came to was that these people are total scam artists….I’m out of pocket by about $145.00…a very good learning experience for me.

    Hi,yes it’s a scam these people the money out of your account before the trial period is up breaking their own terms and conditions and long distance selling regulations so acting illegally.
    If this happens to you. state the above,
    Get in touch with your bank close your account and tell the compant that if they do not refund if you are still in the trial period that your bank will come after them for fraud.
    If you are out of your trial period, not vbery likely you will get a refund but cancel all of the memberships and keep membership numbers for future ref.

    What is also bad is the mailing company who pack and send these productd to you, the tea, dazzle white pills etc are well aware that people are being ripped off and don’t care.
    So please expose as much as you can.
    Phone them, write to them and tell trading standards and whatchdog.
    Get the media involved.
    They deserve as much bad publicity as pos as they knowingly behave in an unethical manner to line their own pockets whilst you are being scammed.

    Wu Yi tea is a ripoff and tastes awful. I returned it and got most of my money back. They give your name to other companies and they bill you too!! They just access your checking account and take whatever. 9.95 and 4.95. I returned it right after I received it and still received more boxe of it and was billed before I got it.
