1. After reading other reviews on this product, I thought I’d hit the gold mine! It hasn’t worked for me and I’ve been on Tonalin for almost 1 year. I’m giving up on this one too. I haven’t lost any belly fat! Haven’t seen any lean muscle and I do exercise and I’m not over weight….just a few 6-8 pounds is what I’m looking to lose.-Petunia
2. CLA did very little to aid in body fat reduction, as far as I could tell, however, it did seem to greatly reduce my desire for refined sugar…which in a way indirectly helps improve your body composition. Would recommend it for those trying to avoid sugar in most forms-Carbona, NY

Seemed like the majority of them said it took a full month or longer to see any results. i haven’t been on them that long, but think I’m feeling some results.
