I tried slimquick pills first. I liked it, it gave me energy and I shed the pounds quickly. 10 to be exact! I never upped to dose, only took 1 pill in the morning and 1 pill in the evening. Then I started to feel funny, lightheaded, upset stomach, headaches. So I stopped for a while. I thought I was just getting sick since it was around flue season. When I started back up I used the packets instead. This time I had a really bad reaction. The same light headed feeling, stomach aches, and headaches but this time my heart raced and I was short of breath. I ended up having to call an ambulance to make sure I was OK. My doctor said I had a type of asthma. I am a 27 year old woman, have had babies and has never had problems like this before. I find myself scared to take any kind of diet medicine because of this.

I tried Slimquick, and the side effects are not worth it. I was nausea and was too jittery. I cut the dose from 2 pills to just 1, and side effects was still the same.
