skinny fast didnt work for me either. its true about only losing four pounds; thats all you lose. and i was cutting down on food intake and exercising on a stationary bike 3 times a day too! and had only four lousy pounds to show for it! i am deeply disappointed in skinny fast.

I love this product. Combined with a healthy eating style and regular exercise, it is helping a lot. Before skinny fast, I was losing an average of 1 lb a week. After I added skinny fast, my loss has increased to about 2.5 lb a week. I think people are expecting to take a pill and magically become skinny. That is not realistic, no matter what, you still need to eat better and exercise.

What a waste of money!! I too have been dieting and exercising while taking Skinny Fast and have not seen any weight loss. My energy level has dramatically decreased because of all the nausea I have been experiencing since taking this product. My bottle of pills like the money I spent on this are both in the trash now.
