It appears that shapely secrets is not a diet nor is it an exercise plan. Apparently when buying the DVD’s for two payments of $19.99 you’ll find out the 7 secrets of being thin. There is a 7 minute exercise video that is low intensity, which just may be a breathing technique. There is not enough information given out to tell what to expect from the product but it claims that you lose one dress size in 14 days.
