Be VERY VERY VERY careful ordering this product. The experience I had with Proactol is – their Refund Quarantee is a TRAP as there are several conditions and the print is so fine that would give them all the reasons to reject any application.1
I consumed 4 boxes of Proactol + a box of acai berry (bonus pack for purchase of 4 boxes of proactol) for four months and have lost ZERO weight. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING.
I airmailed the 4 boxes and all blisters to UK to apply for a refund. No response after 2 weeks….so I called to enquire and was told that the application was rejected because the return did not include the bonus box of acai berry and the empty blisters. What a rude shock – the acai berry was a bonus pack. I did not think one has to return the bonus pack as well. The reply was “if you read carefully, it is on the print”. The other reason for their deline – “our system shows no record of you calling us for advice on how to use the product”. GOSH ! I reside in outside UK in Singapore. Making international call to the the customer svc centre is certainly a cost consideration. During the 4 months, I had written to their office several times (at least 4) but there was no reply to any.
