stops feelings of hunger. I can only take the one tablet in morning though then I eat more in the afternoon. I tried taking the reccomended second lunchtime tablet and could not sleep all night. was really terrible.makes me feel a little up and down. good one minute then dizzy and not so good the next. I don’t know if I am caffeine-sensitive. Never had caffeine issues before?

I just ordered these… I had high hopes for them, lol. This is my 3rd day taking them (well it’s still morning… so technically I’ve only taken them for 2 days I guess. They make me feel a bit sick… I don’t really find an increase in energy. They do make my appetite less.. but when they wear off I am hungry.
I will just try to have self control at the end of the day. Which is the hardest part of the day for me even when I don’t take diet pills.. ahhh!!! I’m a little worried.
I only ordered a month’s supply b/c I only have like 10lbs to lose… sooo I’ll post back in a couple wks!!

UPDATE AT 2 WEEKS (it’ll be 2 wks in a couple of days):
I got used to the pills, so they don’t make me feel sick anymore! They definitely decrease my appetite and I don’t want to eat as much. There were a few times I binged, but I got full very quickly.
I have only lost 4lbs… but I am definitely losing inches. Everyone says they notice that I look a lot thinner. And I can fit into some of my old jeans that I could not fit in 2 weeks ago!!!
I now have 5 more lbs to lose… Hopefully I can do that within the next 2 weeks… I’ll post updates again.

I have just had my order delivered, i am keen to see if this is a solution to losing my baby weight, 2nd day and feeling my appetite decreased, still eating however but not alot, not too sure on energy just yet. Hello! I just got my month’s worth in the mail and took my first one about an hour ago. So far so good. I am not hungry at all and usually am about this hour.
I notice that my head feels a bit fuzzy but in a good way? I feel pretty energetic and happy which again, at this hour I usually don’t!
I always drink a diet coke after lunch and am wondering if its okay if I do on these pills? I am afraid I will get a caffeine headache if I don’t!

Hi, I have just received my bottle of Phenphedrine and a bottle of 72 hr diet pills. I am going to start with the 72 hour 3 times a day pill on the 25/2/2011 for 3 detoxing days then on 28/2/2011 I will start taking Phenphedrine pills.
I have always had a weight problem and like everyone else I have yoyo dieted since childhood which have left me with a huge weighty problem now as I have a lot to lose. My problem is not with the food but with the exercise as I feel lethargic even thinking of the word exercise.
I have a treadmill but it makes a really good coathanger at the moment. I need to get the momento to use it. I will post back my starting weight on 28/2/2011 if anyone if interested that is.. If not it will be a reveiw to myself.

I’m back! This is my third day on this product. The first day I had 2, the second day 3 and today I will have 3. Today until I took my first one I had a RAGING headache. I am a little worried that this will happen everytime it wears out of my system
As far as appetite goes, mine has decreased GREATLY! I am eating about what half of what I was eating 3 days ago! I don’t get shaky or anything. I have a bit mroe energy but don’t feel wired! I am not sure how much I’ve lost as I only weight in once weekly. I’ve had enough energy to workout after teaching all day though which is RARE for me!

I bought this product two fridays ago and I had gotten it on last wednesday. Anyways I took two pills so far since 03/03/11. Everyday so far since the second day I have had an upset stomach. I used to be able to drink milk/products and it seems that I cannot or else I feel so sick to my stomach. When I work out I get an upset stomach. I cannot do any high cardio workouts right now so I am going to try to walk since that is not a high impact workout. The few things that I can say that is good so far is that I have a very small appetite and it has made me hate sugar, sweets of anykind. That is the thing that I wanted most is to not want any sweets since its my weakness. I have no problem with soda since I have not had a drink of it in 6 months. so far i have lost 3 lbs since thursday. I am hoping since one person so far has reported an upset stomach but it went away that my body will used to the pills so I can do my exercise that I want to do. The energy level is through the roof and it has put me in a better mood at times. I was thinking about giving the pills back but I think I will wait a little longer. I will repost any other news that will hopefully help someone.

Hi this is my 2nd post and my starting weight is 17:7 I started taking phenphedrine on 28/2/2011 with 3 tablets a day but the next day I decided to reduced it to 2 tablets a day due to the 7 hours needed to take the 3rd tablet before sleeping.
I am nearly 2 weeks into the programme weighing 17:5 a loss of only 2lb. I do feel more happier within myself although I am quite a bubbly person anyway.
I have not seen any energy spurts which have been through the roof like ‘learn to teach’ or ‘purebeach’ but then maybe it is a little to soon for me.
My stomach has been OK but I did feel a little sick on the first day but nothing since and my appetite has been slightly reduced and I do not think of food as often.
Today 12/3/2011 I am going to try to take 3 tablets a day just to see if the energy will kick in and I will post another review in 2 weeks time as I hope it will help others as it helps me when I am reading other peoples reviews.

I got five tins of Phenphedrine last month. When I tried the first day, I got so dizzy and sick. I decided to give it a break… after a short while, I went to hospital with lots of pain, diagnosed with gallstones (which am sure was not caused by the 2 pills I swallowed) within no time, I was booked in for an operation. Its over a week since the operation was done.. Gallbladder is very close to the liver and I actually suffered simple liver probs after the operation which am told is getting over. When can I resume taking these pills counting days from ma operation which is 8 days past now.

Ok so I said that I would repost something and I am. After the first week I felt sick to my stomach, but got over that. Which is nice. I still cannot stand sweets of anykind. I have been off of sweets for over a month and I cannot stand sweets not even the smell of sweets. I love that feeling. I have been away from soda for 8 months and lost weight from that. I started at 186 and I am now at 167. I’m not that hungry as much as I used to be which I love. I eat a lot less and all I drink for the most part is water. The whole milk thing I don’t drink milk anymore. I only use it in foods like my eggs or other things I need milk for. So I have started to exercise a little more here and there so I am hoping that it will help me lose more weight than what it has been. My friend on the other hand walks for two hours a day and she has lost a lost 24 pounds since we have been on these pills. It does work, as long as you can get past the first week. The energy that it gives you is great and it helps. I think that the more I exercise the more weight that I will lose. Good luck to all who tries it.

I have always had a bit of a belly, but I have never been excessively overweight and due to lack of exercise and because of my job that I have had for nearly 9 years, there is very little physical activity (I’m lucky to walk 100 meters in a 10 to 12 hour work day) and much of the eating out for lunch and/or dinner usually means brown-bagging or fast food places, I gained 40 plus pounds in 5 years. Yet, everyone who knows me, including my doctor, were surprised that I weighed 204 pounds, as I did not look it.
Before starting Phenphedrine, I would usually eat three meals a day, plus 2 to 3 moderately non-healthy snacks and desserts 2 to 4 times a week.
Before starting a new plan, I stop using the previous one and wait 2 to 4 weeks. Of course, I would gain some weight and as of 2 JUL and at 5′ 10”, I weighed in at 184. I hope to get down to about 170 (still about 10 pounds over what I weighed in my 20′s and 30′s).
Unlike other diet pills that say take the pills (2 pills up to 30 minutes before each meal) with 8 oz of water, Phenphedrine (1 pill upon waking, 1 pill 30 minutes before lunch and if desired, same for dinner (would cut the 30 day supply down to 20 days). But, they say not to take it 7 hours before going to bed, requires 16 oz and that is on top of all the water I already drink!
I figure that I have cut my calorie and fat intake by 40 to 60% as the Phenphedrine causes me to skip breakfast completely, reduce my lunch size by two-thirds to three-quarters, reduced or eliminated snacking and trying to have more healthy desserts (if there really is such a thing). Dinner is my usual portion of whatever is being served.
Other than some hunger pangs (ignored, or a lite snack), I have not had any [b]noticeable[/b] side effects and I feel pretty good with a nice amount of energy too.
After only two days and although I have not weighed myself, I can already see and feel a difference.
After a full week, I lost a bit over 6 pounds (would have been more had I not had a mid-week binge and stopped for an early dinner at my favorite BBQ place, but I did good; only half slab of ribs, did not eat all the french fries and no coleslaw or dessert).
I have felt pretty mellow this past week and the caffeine in this pill keeps me going, but when I had my blood pressure checked, it has jumped 20 / 7 points!
So, while the pill does the job, if you have high blood pressure, think twice about taking this.

I am on my second day of Phenphedrine and to be honest I could only take two pills the first day and am only taking one today. I must be the 2% that get all the side effects. I feel shakey, nauseous x10, my feet get sweaty and then cold and this lasts for a while. I only have about 10 to 15lbs I want to lose.
