It appears the main ingredient in Phenocal is Hoodia Gordonii. Hoodia Gordonii comes from a cactus in Africa. It is a purported appetite suppressant. Forslean is an excellent fat burner and promotes lean body mass as well. Unfortunately the amounts of these two ingredients in Phenocal may not be significant enough to help lose substantial weight.
