Slimming Pills Review

This is a good fiber suplement, I lost 5 pounds, but it really wasn’t any fat if you know what I mean. I definately felt lighter though.

I purchased pgx and took them for about two weeks and I lost about 7 or 8 lbs. The best thing about them was that I have a problem with my hands and ankles being swollen all the time and this went away. I finally quit them when I just couldnt swallow them anymore. The pills are so big the most I could take at any one time was two and usually took them morning and night. The pain that goes along with the swollen joints also went away. I wish I could find a small pill or other way of taking this medicine. Thanks

I have purchased a bottle of PGX DAILY Pills for the purpose of weightloss and anti-bloating but before starting treatment I would like to know more about it, particularly the side effects. Which drugs are not compatible or are even dangerous to take with this treatment? Is this treatment de-hydrating?

I tried PGX for about a month I’m not sure if it even worked? i think its pretty high priced for fiber that you can get any where for cheap.
PGX humm do i still want to use it?… NO, I think that i will just buy a vitamin and some fiber to go along with the foods im eating.

I had to reschedule my clients today,it is my 3rd week on pgx and 3 days ago I quit taking it because I can’t stay off the toilet, my gutts feel like the’re squeezing everything out of them,I havn’t been this misserable cramping since I had a miscarriage.I’m so sick I’ve made a Dr appointment

I could not detect a difference in the pills…I tried 3 bottles which I think is a fair trial. However, I love the Slim Styles shakes with PGX in them(this is the only PGX shake I tried). I love the taste(Double Chocolate is the only one I tried) and consistency. I followed the directions almost explicitly:I took with 10-12oz and then drank 10-12oz of water during the following hour. I CANNOT STRESS THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS!! I could feel the fiber expanding in my stomach. At first I felt extremely full like I may throw-up HOWEVER after a few times I was used to it, which leads me to beleive that if I had completely followed the directions and started with a half serving, I would not have had such a severe reaction! I have seen a major reduction in cravings, better bowels, better energy and healthier overall. I really do not support stimulant fat burners: Do you really want to be dependant?? What if you are chased by a cayote? MOVE IT! Walk, jog, run, home video or gym CHOOSE SOMETHNG or all of the above: change it up! Diet is equally important and it is important to be balanced and moderate eat a “stack of cards” portion of protine, nutricious carbs(brown rice,grans etc), 3-4 servings of veggies, 2-3 servngs of whole fruit (keep fruit and veggies seperated (2-3hrs). Above all: Keep it simple, fun and interesting: challenge yourself to try new exercises and foods each week!

I am on my 2nd bottle of PGX and I am impressed that it controls my sugar/gluecose levels, which is the purpose of taking it. I have lost weight because my glucose is being taken care of, it works. I also had reflux which was bad and have had not one bout of it since taking PGX, wonderful.

well the pgx might help you lose weight but you cant just eat as much as you still want and not excercise well then of course your going to gain the weight. but my question is does it just transfer some into muscle?? because i have lost the weight but i still weigh the same but lost inches wise.

just started taking it today,guess i should have done a little research on it befor taking it???i dont think i need more fibre..maybe this will counter act…lets see what happens day 1…hummmmm

just a note to the people noting headaches when taking this product. the marketing info for it CLEARLY states that it absorbs up to 600 times its volume in water. if you are not consuming adequate amounts of water when taking it (and after), then the water will be drawn out of your body. a classic symptom of dehydration is a headache. this is not a side effect of the product, it is a side effect of not hydrating enough. easy fix. drink water. the best thing about drinking water is that your body will eliminate what it doesn’t need. however, if your body does need water, it can’t just get it for itself. remember, if you are feeling thirsty, you’re already dehydrated. also, if you are taking the PGX to lose weight, you should also focus on consuming more water. what many people interpret as hunger is really thirst. try drinking fluids before eating, and you may be happily surprised. also, if your muscles are not properly hydrated, they will not be optiimizing metabolic burn even @ a resting metabolic rate. you’re sabotaging yourself by not doing something very simple. i know a lot of women try to stay away from fluids because they think it will make them bloat. not true. let me repeat, your body will eliminate whatever it doesn’t need. sorry to go on, but this is just such a basic thing, and i hate to see it overlooked. water is best….cold water even makes your body burn a small amount of calories to warm itself…other fluids count, by some can lead to dehydration b/c of salt, alcohol and caffeine. try to never be thirsty, and you’ll do yourself a favor.
