Sent for free sample and received it. No address or paper in box. The website does not work and the phone number is not a working number. The recording answers and says good-bye. Nice way to do business. I am trying to cancel anymore shipments and can’t reach anyone to stop it. Any suggestions?

I also ordered the 10 day free trial of what I thought was the Acai Berry. I get a product called Regimex. I called after 7 days (didn’t even take the product) because I noticed the had billed me $39.95 already. I called. Cancelled. On 5/23/2010 I noticed on my banking statement they charged me another $79.90 for 2 more bottles I never received. This is a scam and one that is turning into a nightmare. I only get foreign people that won’t even try to talk to me about straightening this out. SCAM DO NOT ORDER!!!

This product is wonderful. I only take it once a day and have lost a whole dress size.. Im not nervous or anything. However, I have no telephone number on the bottle to reorder. I had not notice that until today.

I don’t want a free trial or auto-membership, just want to re-order at my convenience. Hey! how do you get in touch with you. The Company’s name is Cheshunt OS ltd.

Send me an e-mail. Love your product. Of course I had to readjust my eating habits. Some times I just eat smaller portion. Thzt’s common sense with any supplement.

I got ripped off like the rest of you. The $4.95 has turned into hundreds of $.
I had my bank send me a new credit card with new numbers so they can’t keep sucking into my credit card.
I am now lodging a complaint with Visa over the scam.
Visa BTW has a bond from the scammer like they do for every merchant they give credit facilites to. Visa really don’t want to be involved with these scammers as well. They can claw back your money form the deposit the scammers have had to put up.
If enough of us lodge a comlaint Visa will cut off their credit facilties so they can’t operate the scam.
I may not get my money back but I will take great delight in screwing them over as best I can….

I too was asked to pay the $4.95 for a free trial of 60 tablets. I ended up paying $24.43 New Zealand dollars and have just had a further $87.24 stolen from my credit card.
The only way I could stop more of my money being stolen was to cancel my credit card. This has been reported to the bank who are investigating. I have referred them to this website.
Is there any attorney willing to take this up and try to sue the company responsible for theft, fraud and deception. There must be some very wealthy owners of the company who use these tactics at the expense of hard working victims. There must be some way of making these theives pay for their crime.
This has ruined the reputation of internet purchasing from overseas and I for one will not be caught again as I will not be buying anything else from the net. I should have checked with the local health shop before falling for evil devices that the internet seems to fall victim to.

after reading some pretty horrendous testimonials of this product and the companies associated with distributing it i was worried hugely as i had ordered a free trial with a company called Viv3 in the UK. I have since cancelled any future orders (am still awaiting the arrival of my free trial). I received an email from Viv3 who say they are not charging me for any further orders so it would appear this company is a reputable one. I will post further on this site if they do not fulfill their promise. watch this space as i have yet to check with my bank what money they have taken from my account, however i will remain optimistic until proved otherwise.
