This product is really quite helpful in giving a boost of energy to get you through those workouts. As with any pill, there are side effects. I haven’t experienced anything too bad, personally, and nothing that would persuade me to stop taking Metabolife Ultra. I pay careful attention to what time I take the pill (I space my usage five hours apart), and I always make sure to eat around an hour after taking it each time. Really, you just have to make sure you’re not overdoing it.

I just started taking Metabolife today, I’ve taken 2 doses (morning and afternoon). Since my last dose I have this lump feeling in my throat and it kind of burns like acid reflux and I just started getting stomach pains. I try to work out at least 3 times a day and thought that this would only magnify the results I would get with working out. I’m not sure if it’s worth taking anymore…too bad.

I took Metabolife both the ultra and the extreme energy. I lost 106 pounds and have kept it off for 8 years. I use it now for maintenance and energy. As in the negatives reviews i read, if you felt too anxious or sick then you were taking to much and could cut back your dosage. Metabolife is the only diet pill that worked for me and trust me I tired them all!!!

I tried this product because it was on sale for $12 and wanted to shed a few pounds, considering I already workout 3 days a week. After trying this for 1 day, its gives you energy alright, too much, heart is pounding still after taking it for 24hrs, and side effects,you feel on a real high, Couldnt sleep on it and had night sweats and developed a rash on my leg…Sorry this product is NOT worth finding out if it works to loose weight…I would not recommend it, and would rather work out with it….

HAVE HAVE USED METABOLIFE FOR SEVERAL YEARS.BUT I DO HOWEVER GIVE MY BODY A BREAK AFTER ABOUT 4 MONTHS AT A TIME SO AS TO NOT GET AMUNE TO IT. BUT I HAVE GREAT RESULTS WITH IT . I DON’T GET HUNGRY, HAVE LOTS OF ENERGY!! AS WITH ANYTHING ELSE THE KEY IS LOTS OF WATER AND YOU HAVE TO EXERCISE ATLEAST ALITTLE

I’ve only been using this product for about 3 days now but each time I take the pills. I feel sick. Food helps a little bit with the nausea but most of the day I feel like getting sick. There is a burning in my chest and throat when I take them. It seems to be subsiding a bit but not the nausea. I’m not sure about these pills yet.

I TOOK THESE PILLS ONE DAY 2 PILLS 3 TIMES THAT DAY AND I FELT LIKE I WAS AT SEA MY STOMACH FELT LIKE I WAS SEA SICK. I DO NOT FEEL LIKE IT IS WORTH IT IF YOU ARE GOING TO FEEL THE WAY I DID.
