Metabolene was high-priced and much-hyped diet pill that has been recently discontinued. It still may be available to purchase in some places. It has made extremely outrageous claims like “lose 30 pounds in 30 days,” but perhaps for fear of FTC sanction it ceased and desisted early. In any case, it has been replaced by Metabo Speed XXX, which could easily be just as bad.
