Does Metabo Extreme Work?
Metabo Extreme is marketed as the “newest triple strength Pharmaceutical Grade herbal Fat Burner, Energizer and Appetite suppressant on the market.” It may be new, but as for “triple strength” and “pharmaceutical grade”, these phrases give us no information as to whether we should buy it. What’s more is if its pharmaceutical grade, then it should probably contain more than just herbs. The biggest claim this product makes though is that you can lose weight without dieting. Is this for real?

This product contains several mild and inexpensive ingredients such as lecithin, ginger, guarana, and sarsaparilla. These may be good for your health but really aren’t going to do much for you as for weight loss. Guarana does contain some caffeine (about five times the amount of a coffee bean) and therefore contradicts the claim of having no stimulants.
Other ingredients including gymnema sylvestre, gotu kola, damiana, golden seal, bee pollen, and ginseng, are good but have very marginal relations to weight loss. I do not see this mix being very potent or helping you with your exercise program or accelerating fat-loss.

The company claims a 98% success rate on this product, but what they really mean is that only 2% of their customers decided to go through the hassle of returning the product, which makes sense because it can be bought for as cheap as $11 and by the time you pay shipping to send it back, you are just losing more money. Worked brilliantly for me, after keeping to a healthy diet for two weeks I dropped a dress size. By the time I’d finished the course (a further two weeks), I’d dropped down to a size 10.
