Does Mailub Pilates work?
Malibu Pilates is endorsed by Susan Lucci, and created by Carroll Krieff. The workouts revolve around the “Chair” which provides low impact spring adjustable cardio movements. Pilates as a whole is low impact, and can assist in giving a longer and leaner frame.
Pilates focuses on your core, and the Malibu Pilates Chair, has found a niche within the Pilates realm (using a strong yet light weight frame chair for the movements). Within the last 5 years or so, Pilates has grown in popularity and with that, many new versions of it.
The Chair program comes with 3 DVDs: Basic Breakdown- 20 minutes, Malibu Pilates makeover, and the Total dream body sculpting workout. They also offer an eating guide. Malibu Pilates says that consumers will lose at least one pant size in 10 days.

Is Malibu Pilates worth trying?
The Malibu Pilates chair will run you about $400!! On the plus side they offer a very short trial offer, where you only need to pay a $15 shipping fee. Be warned, if you decide you don’t want to keep it, you need to carefully follow the trial instructions.
I believe Pilates to be great workout, and it has proven itself countless times. The chair is an extravagance, if it can be afforded, great. If not, you can still achieve great results with regular Pilate’s workouts in conjunction with a low calorie diet and the right diet pill.
