The Maker’s Diet, developed by a man named Jordan Rubin, is a weight-loss and healthy diet plan that supposedly combines “God’s teachings” with some guy’s desire to make a lot of money off of you. Regardless of this guy’s blatant use of God’s name to make himself rich, does this system actually work?

It basically just suggests healthy (and expensive) foods you can eat throughout the day and suggests you take their “special” vitamins and use their hand and facial cleansing products. This whole system is pretty weak and the results you may see could be seen just as easily by following a FREE diet program found anywhere online.

He claims to have a “Ph.D.” in nutrition, but from the “Academy of Natural Therapies” which is not an accredited educational institution, so he really has no credibility as a professional. As well, he himself is the only “success story” listed on the website. Don’t fall for this scam.
