I go to the gym almost everyday, and I have been eating less. I naturally drink a lot of water so I don't really know if that is something that has changed with the pill. It seems that it makes you feel like you are using weight, but you actually aren't. You're just losing whatever it can flush out of your body. I do get a little light headed in the morning after the first pill which lasts for only about 10 minutes and then it is gone, then a little stomach pain that is tolerable in the evening in which that maybe caused by the exercising and crunches that I do. Given that effect, it should be ideal for anyone to be able to exercise regulayly, coz it has caffeine (epinephrine) which increases ur heat rate! If it upsets ur stomach, u should eat something first before taking it. Its like any other medicines that have gastric side effects!
