It’s not the Lipofuze that made you purged a lot… it is the detox cleansing product. The detox is cleansing your system. You may want to try to take the Lipofuze without the detox.

So far so good, one week I have lost 5 lbs. Sometimes in the morning it makes my belly hurt, but it goes away. It really helps control food intake, I do NOT want to eat as much as before. Can take a few bites and I don’t want anymore. I have also been exercising each night. Every body is different, so you really don’t know how it will effect you until you try it.

I’m in pretty decent shape at my worse and i’ve taken a bunch of “fat burning pills” this one Lipofuze has been the best so far. Basically anyone taking a detox with a fat burner is retarded. Take one or the other not together. Anyways, you have to WORK OUT HARD, DRINK PLENTY OF WATER, EAT LOW CARB/LOW SUGAR/LOW SODIUM/HIGH PROETEIN. Very simple, if you can cut the bad, add more good and work out…..WHAM you instantly make almost any pill 10 times better. Knowing all this, doing all this i can state that this Lipofuze is bad*ss. If you people want to be lazy, don’t waste your money just forget looking good and be a lard*ss. The problem is some people want a fortune and expect to just walk upon it, life doesn’t work that way.

Hey this is my first day using it. 2/21/10. I’ve been reading reviews all along and it’s true you burb raspberry and that’s fine with me. i’m not aching at all. for those of you who complain about being jittery if you have a morning cup of coffee forgo it! and those of you who complain about not losing weight. if you are actually trying to exercise and eat right than you should be losing weight without the pill! So i can assume you expect it to work without you changing anything! anyway i will come back in a week and update. i really want the people who contemplate buying this to know what i went through and have an honest evaluation.

I started Lipofuze on Sunday, April 25 and it has been 3 days. I have lost 4 lbs. However, I started walking 40 minutes each day. I feel great! The only side effect I’m having little problem going to sleep quickly. Will see what happens by the end of the week….

i used like fat burn pills before from my gym. it did work a lil bit, it helped with metabolism. and i am just down to a few more lbs in a month, hopefully i get to lose when i get my order of lipofuze.. one of the reviews is actually right, do not expect to lose weight without even changing ur habits. Eating right, lots of fluids and increase activity would definitely increase effectivity of ANY DIET PILLS. Coz most of them work by boosting metabolism. Given that effect, it should be ideal for anyone to be able to exercise regulayly, coz it has caffeine (epinephrine) which increases ur heat rate! If it upsets ur stomach, u should eat something first before taking it. Its like any other medicines that have gastric side effects!

I have been taking Lipofuze for only 4 and a half days and I have already lost 5 pounds!! I do get a little light headed in the morning after the first pill which lasts for only about 10 minutes and then it is gone, then a little stomach pain that is tolerable in the evening in which that maybe caused by the exercising and crunches that I do. So far I do believe that Lipofuze does work. I will keep you posted on my weight as the days go bye.

I am almost done with my first month, and I have barely lost three pounds!!!!!! I go to the gym almost everyday, and I have been eating less. I naturally drink a lot of water so I don’t really know if that is something that has changed with the pill. It seems that it makes you feel like you are using weight, but you actually aren’t. You’re just losing whatever it can flush out of your body.

I’m four days in and jittery. I don’t want to eat as much but the jittery feeling is frustrating. I eat pretty healthy and don’t have a lot of weight to loose and I’m just hoping this product can give me a push. I don’t know if I can continue taking it though with how shaky I feel.

i have been taking this pill for about 3weeks now and i feel great. i get on the scale on the regular and i need to stay off at least for a week. i feel the weight loss and i see the weight loss even though the scale says i have gained a couple of pounds. i feel great week after week. i used to wear a size 18-20 and now i am able to fit into a size 13-14 my waist has decreased in size and my hips and glutes are thinner. i ordered 2 bottles of lipofuze and 2 detox i am going to continue using the product until it is gone and then reorder 2more bottles. i do try to walk at least 30min a day a brisk walk 3 times a week for exercise. i do a lot of walking at work so i count that as a little exercise too. Some days my appetite is suppressed and other days i am so hungry is there anyone else out there that is going through this too? this is a great product and i reccommend it to anyone and it is working for me so far. i am going to continue to use it my starting weight was 253 and now im down to 239 i want to get down to 200 and maintain. i am really excited about my current weight loss. i have 39lbs to go wish me luck. thanks god i love lipofuze!!!!!!
