I have to agree with alot of u that says this product really works. I take the Lipo 6 black for her but u do have to eat healthy & work out. I joined the gym & I do Turbo kick and let me tell u ladies i never seen my abs so tight in my life & i have 5 kids. Every1 at my job tells me girl what r you doing you look good. So ladies trust me when I tell U this product really works. But u have to work out along with this product u can’t just take it & think its going to do all the work for u. U will not b disappointed. The 1’s that are complaining about the product u must not b taking it correctly u can’t take the product and then stuff ur face that’s a no no. Good luck to the rest of u that is willing to try it.

Hey guy I want to give you some HELP! You talked a lot about headaches, well with any diet supplement or helpful workout drug you take; you have to consume lots of water. Even if it does not state on the bottle, if you find yourself getting a head ache you need to drink more water, because you body is getting dehydrated! Please be careful and drink lots of water with this, soda does not hydrate you like water, and or Gatorade or PowerAde. Bottom line when taking any supplement, drug, diet pill or whatever, be sure to drink lots of water, and stay away from alcohol and energy drinks, they will dehydrate you and some drugs will say on the bottle that you can’t drink while on it, if it does say something about alcohol that will be on the warning label. I hope these are some helpful facts for you guys, please always be safe and always follow recommended doses!

Hi guys i have a question bout the age…y do u have to be 21 to take this? also im not a fat person and play lots of soccer but i have a little bit of chubs around the abs and chest which i want to lose so i look ripped? Would this product be good for me…or should i not use this nd just bust it out on my own and workout hard?

To Admin/Any Professional… Can u advice the right dosage of using this product? I am into modelling and i weigh 80kg and i am 5.11” tall.. I workout once in the gym and after my weight training session i do my cardio to burn some fat. Sometime i mite hit the gym twice. And i am on a very neat diet, i take 4-5 meals a day.
I am using the second bottle of the product now but still dont know if i am taking the right dosage. I take 3 in the morning before workout and 3 in the afternoon.Or shud i split the intakes? Can i consume beer or any alcohol while using the product-of course am aware about the calories but still is it safe?
When shud i discontinue the product? This is my second bottle and for how long shud i discontinue?
My major concern is my abdominal fat-My stomach and My hips.. I can see definition in my upper body with few cuts but my abs are still flabby.. PLS ADVICE….

DONT USE! I HAD the clearest skin…seriously! But the 1st week I used I broke out more than ever in my life! More pimples than I could count! So depressing as stated before I have always got compliments on my skin and now I am ashamed to go outside!

I can agree with several of the entries I have read. I have only been taking the lipo 6 black hers for a week and I am seeing results already, and only with a light workout and basic diet. I am going to kick things up a notch this week and see where it gets me.

I tooam having some side effects from it though. I get shakey within minuted of taking the pills and I am getting awful headaches. But they are getting less severe as time goes on. I think its just an adjustment period.

I like the energy it gives me but I too am hungry all the time and seem to be gaining weight rather than losing this time but Im only alomost through my first bottle of it so we will see, I will give it atleast 3 months to see what’s really up with it.

I’m 21 years old. 6′2 and my weight moves between 195-205 lbs. I can’t workout everyday but I walk alot at my job. I just want to tone my body and get down to about 180-185 lbs. Is this a good product to take?
