    I’ve tried lipo6, lipo 6x, and lipo 6 black. They are all basically the same thing to me results wise and feeling wise. Its all just marketing hype.

    Its a decent product though. They all are. I’d give them all a C+ on results and a C- on overall value.

    to get the best results, you have to have 1 straight after your workout, as your body is really heated and your metabolism is through the roof. then you have 1 cup cottage cheese blended with half cup vanilla yoghurt (smoothie)and 1 tablet before you go sleep, believe it or not i lost 43 pounds in 3 months…
    The reason i told you to have the smoothie is because cottage cheese is a slow digesting protein (which your muscles need after a good workout) and your metabolism is working for the next 5-6 hours while you enjoy your sleep
    p.s.. if you take 2 tablespoons of pure honey you will burn fat automatically for the next 2 hours (best recommended 15 mins before any workout or sport)

    I just started taking lipo 6… not sure how its going to work but I have read everyones comments… the reasons you probably get headaches is either your body is way too sensitive to caffine… or you don’t drink enough water… I know you are suppose to drink about 80 ounces of water a day… well since I have been taking these pills I drink atleast 120 ounces of water not too much especially since any type of weight loss pill takes water from your body that helps you lose the wieght… also it is trying to flush out your system… even if you don’t use diet pills you can lose the same amount of weight just drink water and excerising… the only reason i take them is if I need to lose the weight in half the time… you have to be determined to give up those sugars and sodas if you ever want to lose weight…

    This is my first week taking Lipo 6 black. My first day I made sure I took the second amount around 3pm. I feel asleep around 10:30pm and woke up around 2:30 and could not go back to sleep until 430, which sort of worked out, because I had decided to change up and workout in the morning. After that I have slept with no problems. It does give you energy, my workouts are intense and Im only doing an hour for now. I wont check my weight loss until I hit week three. Stay tuned I will tell you how that goes. I was already a water drinker, I carry a 1 gall jug around everyday, with the Lipo it makes sure I do not cheat, drinking every last drop of water. I always had that thirsty feel, so it only increased a little bit. I think that from me always being hot without any pills in me, and I am a easy sweater.

    The original Lipo 6 worked pretty good for me. I just started taking Black this week. After, reading the reviews I now have mix feelings. I know there is NO REAL fat burning supplement because if there was I think WE ALL would be taking it.     I tried Lipo-6 and honestly so far it has been the best diet pills I tried since stacker’s 2 (w/ Ephdra)This does have a lot of caffiene, which doesn’t really affect me because I am a heave coffee drinker ( so much I had to take 5 at one shot instead of the recommended 3 and 3 so I could feel it), but it may be too much for a person not used to consuming so much caffeine. I did see results, I was energized for the gym and was seeing my body tone up. I just took the recommended 4 weeks off period and now I’m going to start up again.

    guys, honestly, im on lipo 6x now for the last 12 days and clearly the changes u see by just eating healthy and about 6 to 5 meals a day can help lose weight. Im starting on lipo6 black from tomm, for maximum weight loss results firstly when u get up, drink a liuke warm glass of water and take ur first dose and either do cardio or wieghts and try to have 6 small proportionate meals along with a lotta water through out the day ( dont forget ur 2nd dose at 12 or 1 in the noon) and try to do some basic floor excercise or play some sports in the evening..and then u see the results, its gonna blow ur mind away!!

    The first day i took 3 pills in am one our before food. It made me feel like i was going to throw up. After i ate i felt alittle better.     I started taking lipo 6 black a few weeks ago. I felt a little dizzy and anxious the first week because I don’t drink anything that has caffene in it to begin with. I started out at 10 in the morning and took 3 pills and felt energized for the day. I had to wait a decent ammount of time before eating because that’s what the label said. I took the next 3 around 4 in the afternoon. I work late so I was energized for the evening shift. I felt strange for a couple of days but the label even says not to consume other stimulants while taking lipo 6. I work out once per day (cardio and weights, some yoga but nothing big) I feel much better and i have been steadily losing inches, not so much wieght. I was already having sleeping problems so I don’t know if this helped or not??

    I took lipo 6 starting at the end of August…I train for MMA…doing jiu jitsu everyday and going to the gym everyday for at least 2 hours after or before training i went from 206 to 167 by december…I do tournaments weighing in at around 163…I started taking Lipo Black to break my plateu about a week ago and from what I can feel and see it works phenomanally.. I just need to make sure to hydrate myself or I cramp up viciously. Take around 4 pm for best results sleeping. and exercise a lot with it!

    I have tried ALOT of different diet pills and honestly the lipo 6 is pretty good. I saw results in my weight in 72 hours. As far as headaches go and the jitters,i suggest cutting the dosage in half,that will help. Drink ALOT OF WATER AND YOU HAVE TO EXERCISE WITH THIS!!!     Alot of people have been reviewing this product and coming from me, I think it works the best. I have read alot of magazines and tried alot of different products but feel that Lipo 6 Black does work the best out of all of them. If you are trying to lose that weight, try this product. You have to give it a fair shot to see it work. It will not show results in the first 2 weeks like many people would want but as soon after, you will notice a difference. What I find better with this than the other Lipo 6s as I don’t get shakey. The other products got me shakey but this didn’t. The results are great as I can see me losing the weight. I am working out now and it gives a great boost of energy while shedding the fat. Great product. I am normal guy, not a gym rat or some random person. Ive tried alot of products and highly recommend this!

    I am a guy and like many people here have tried many many products. I like Lipo-6 Black, but was not blown away by it. I would give it a solid B, but not an A. The reason for the B is I did not feel as healthy as I do with some other products. That might seem like a weird comment but I am very particular about what I eat and put into my body and can tell when something is off. For example this made me feel a little sluggish 3 – 4 hours after taking, I seemed to retain a little more water, but I did lose some weight. Anyway hope this helps.

    I took lipo 6 the original and lost 20 lbs and than got lazy and stopped working out and gained about 12 lbs back, but managed to still go gym. Mind you it was because of bad eatting. But now im back, ive lost 6lbs with health eatting and gym. Now im putting lipo 6 black, and i tell ya you can easily lose 15lbs a month on this if your eatting is 100% right all the time! Eatting junkfood, not working out is why failure happens, you cant just pop a pill and assume you will lose weight, you have to do it for life!     i see alot of mixed reviews here. everything from the best product ever to the worst ever. i am a 29 year old male and was 182 pounds when starting this. i have been seriously working out for about 2 months before i tried this and was 175 before starting workout so i know that alot of my weight gain is actually muscle since my arms and chest are way bigger then before. i wanted something that will seriously cut the fat around my muscles to really bring out the definition and look great. i heard about this lipo 6 and decided to try the lipo 6 black. i have to say that the very first dose was the hardest since i had not taken any diet pills in awhile. it seems to really peak for me after about 30 minutes which i assume is why the label says to not eat anything for at least the first 30 minutes. so i did what it said but was starving to death and was feeling dizzy. but im pretty tough so i just sucked it up and ate a snack a couple hours after taking it and then ate lunch 2 hours after that. i took the second dose a few hours after lunch and then some hours later went out and ate pizza. (should be a no no when trying to loose weight.) but after all that, i swear when i woke up i was 2 pounds less then what i weighed after wake up the previous day. i am now on the second day of taking this product and so far it is already working for me. i dont do much cardio, but i do alot of lifting and ab workouts. it might be too soon for me to give a definate grade on this product, but i mean 2 pounds in 1 day! i will say that when taking this drink plenty of water, and stay away from caffeinated drinks as much as possible. if u just have to have a soda or something wait at least 2 or 3 hours after taking it before u drink it and limit maybe 1 or 2 a day at the most while on this. drink at a minimum half your body weight in ounces of water every day. so i weight 180 pounds, so i should drink about 90 oz of water every day. also im not so sure if women should even try this, not to be sexist or anything but this stuff is pretty strong. so unless youre a just a really hard core chick that knows what shes doing then u might consider doing smaller doses at first. anyway good luck to everyone on reaching your goals.

    I can agree with several of the entries I have read. I have only been taking the lipo 6 black hers for a week and I am seeing results already, and only with a light workout and basic diet. I am going to kick things up a notch this week and see where it gets me.

    I tooam having some side effects from it though. I get shakey within minuted of taking the pills and I am getting awful headaches. But they are getting less severe as time goes on. I think its just an adjustment period.

    To Admin/Any Professional… Can u advice the right dosage of using this product? I am into modelling and i weigh 80kg and i am 5.11” tall.. I workout once in the gym and after my weight training session i do my cardio to burn some fat. Sometime i mite hit the gym twice. And i am on a very neat diet, i take 4-5 meals a day.

    Hey guy I want to give you some HELP! You talked a lot about headaches, well with any diet supplement or helpful workout drug you take; you have to consume lots of water. Even if it does not state on the bottle, if you find yourself getting a head ache you need to drink more water, because you body is getting dehydrated! Please be careful and drink lots of water with this, soda does not hydrate you like water, and or Gatorade or PowerAde. Bottom line when taking any supplement, drug, diet pill or whatever, be sure to drink lots of water, and stay away from alcohol and energy drinks, they will dehydrate you and some drugs will say on the bottle that you can’t drink while on it, if it does say something about alcohol that will be on the warning label. I hope these are some helpful facts for you guys, please always be safe and always follow recommended doses!

    ok, here’s the thing… first of all, before you can start using lipo6 black YOU MUST CHANGE YOUR DIET (according to your body structure, not like you want to, consult with a Pro) A MONTH BEFORE START USING IT. second, the first 2 days take 1 pill twice a day, the next other 2 days take 2 pills twice a day and the 5th day and towards, the 6 pills required. this is the way to get use to your body to accept the product, otherwise you’ll have a very expensive urine. i’m currently not making exercise due to lack of time, but it seems to be that it doesn’t matter because i do notice that some of my pants are fitting me (it’s the 3rd week)… just do as i say, YOU CAN’T take from once the dose gaven by the Lab from the beginning… there’s too much different metabolisms, body structures and meal digestion… it’s an excellent product, it is not the first time that i’m taking it, it’s the 4th time and since left taking the last time, i never gained weight again, just accumulated water and a bit of fat, but nothing too big… one other thing that you must know is that the lipo6 IT DOES WORK, the only thing is that it takes time to eliminate the fat from your body because between the muscle layer there’s also a fat layer, AND THAT is harder to eliminate you won’t notice it, but it is like that and that’s why some users might “not see effects” when actually, in a cellular level it’s working better than they know and/or expected… of course all bodies are different, so, you’ve got to follow strictly the label instructions, take 2 bottles 2 months in a row, have some rest 1 month (take a strict schedule) and take it other 2 months and so on… in some people might work faster and others slower, that depends on your organism, how old are you, and any other variable that it’s take to consideration by the product to work in your particular body. and i’m telling you again… BE PATIENT, OUR BODY IT’S A CLOCK MAKE IT WORK LIKE SUCH, IT WORKS SLOW BUT IT WORKS PERFECTLY. best regards from asuncion, paraguay

    hey mikeyshotz… i’m a DJ too… if you are gonna take the Lipo 6 Black DO NOT DRINK ANYTHING THAT CONTAINS ALCOHOL… your body needs the 100% of his resources to make the product work… if you drink just a half can of beer, you must wait at least 2 weeks until your body eliminates all the alcohol remaining in your blood… please, take in consideration the drinking. at cellular level is a mess, and it may have a long term repercusions, just in case i avoided (and i still do) the mix between alcohol and any weight supplement. if u r a dj, i certainly know that you never sleep like everyone else, i mean 8 hours at night (that never happens in our world :D ), etc., therefore, i highly recommend that first take note about your sleep time (monday: lay on 8:13am wake up at 2:34pm … and so on), then, take note about everything you eat (monday jan-1st: 8am: gum, 9am: 5donuts, 9:30am: milkshake… and so on) for ONE WHOLE MONTH. there you will realize about what exactly you need to eliminate from your daily diet (diet: is the way you eat… if you say “gotta make diet” u are really saying “gotta change my way of eating”)… after you make a detailed review of what you eat, consider to eliminate 1/4 of the portion per week, i mean, for example: if you smoke 20 cigarettes per day, the next monday, just smoke 18 cigarettes per day, the next week, just smoke 16 and so on… the same applies to the meal, snacks and all things that contains saturated fat and/or trans fat (which i don’t know for sure if they are the same thing or not, a Pro could confirm to you that). after that, read all my post from above it contains the basics for anyone who recently start taking the product. it’s complicated, it requires will, it requires a peaceful lifestyle… and remember, your body is sacred, it’s perfect (no matter how fat/thin ugly/handsome/cute/beautiful boy/girl you are – that goes for everyone who reads this -) in any sense and you have to respect it. and mike, remember, be patient, make a lot of exercises, eat healthy, wake up with good humor (read one joke and have a laugh everyday) and i certainly tell you… your life’s gonna change if u listen 2 me :) take care man. best regards from asuncion, paraguay.

    I started out taking regular Lipo 6, and when that was going well with no side effects, upgraded to Lipo 6 Black Hers. Since mid-April, I have lost 22 pounds. I am also working out everyday & watching my calories. I would not have the energy to work out if it wasn’t for the Lipo, for sure! I commute & work a lot of hours & it was a total matter of lack of energy before. Now, I feel like Superwoman! I am also getting back a better shape & feel my workouts are more productive–I sweat a lot more & am able to maintain the energy to do a full workout without “crashing.”

    Only side effects have been:
    -not being able to get to sleep right away, but that’s when I have taken the pills too late in the day (not supposed to take less than 6 hrs before bed).
    -dry mouth sometimes, but that is a good excuse to drink more water!
    -slight headache if I don’t eat 30mins – an hour after taking the pills.

    Overall, I recommend these! I see results without feeling the shaky, nutso-ness of some of the other diet/fat burners out there.

    I have taken my first doseage this morning (6/8/10) and I have to say that it kicked in immediately. I am also taking Kry-Alkalyn which is a creatine based supplement. I work odd hours with different days off, so my work out schedule is never predictable, but I do make it a point to get in the gym 5 days a week, weight lifting for an hour and cardio for 20 to 40 minutes depending on my energy and mood. Today was my day off, so I had a good nights rest and was ready to take on the gym with this product. As I stated before, the effects were IMMEDIATE…it did cause a little jittery feeling, but the caffeine was surely the cause of that. I have to say after the first dose I worked out weight lifting for 2 hours, just tiring out at the end of the workout, then did my cardio for 40 minutes. No headaches and the jitters went away after my first set, leaving me with nothing but energy. I am currently 6 foot even and 215lbs (which I have been for about 4 months now) so I will check in again after week 4 and then again on week 8 before going off the cycle to give an accurate depiction of how this product continued to work (or not work) for me.     Well, I just bought lipo black today 6/22/10 and I am excited to try it. I see some people say it is good and some say it is bad. But I pretty much always believe in trying things for myself. I did pick this product cause a guy I work with says his brother has been taking it and losing weight fast. I used to weight 315 and I am at 249 right now so my hope is that this product helps get me through the plateau that I have hit because I seem to be stuck in the 250 range, which is better than being over 300lbs but still I have worked really hard and will keep working hard but sometimes you need the extra boost to break through that wall most of us hit when trying to lose weight. Anyway, I will be starting my bottle tomorrow 6/23/10 and will come back on here on 7/23/10 to give my review on this product.     ive just started taking this pill, the last 3 days, 3 in the morning around 5:30 and 3 in the afternoon around 12 ish. (like it says on the box) I feel sick all the time,like i’m going to be vomit. I’m also struggling to sleep, during the day go on highs and lows, and when I’m on a low I have NO energy adn wanna sleep but cant. Also its great that it kills my appetite but it has killed it so much I can only eat a small yogurt not even that sometimes i ahve to force myself to eat. Excersing is fine just my heart rate increases more than normal. Also i keep getting like hot flushes?! I dont know whether my body is getting use to it or whether its not rite for me? I just a bit worried? need some answers please

    I have been taking it for a week. I saw someone I hadn’t seen in a month and his comment was “Are you losing weight.” That made me feel good. I am getting in 30-60 minutes of cardio at least once a day with this. Thing is I am only taking 2 at a time. I want to up to 3, but I have to admit the comments have scared me. I want the maximum results though. If I am doing ok on 2 would 3 be better or will it not make alot of difference? I’d like to take them for at least 4 weeks. I did have a headache last night but think its because I consumed alcohol as well the night before (Friday night). I am going to weigh myself at the end.

    I’d appreciate any thoughts from people who take all 3 pills.

    So im a little worried about trying this after reading pretty much ALL the comments.

    Ive taken into consideration that people’s bodies all function differently but also have taken in the fact that some people don’t follow the directions carefully and thus end up with bad/no results and bad side effects, however that still counts towards how everyone’s body is different.

    Im a woman but i ordered the lipo 6 black anyways just to try it out and i plan on easing into it with just 2 pills a day to see how i react for the first 2 weeks and then up it to 4 pills a day by week 3 or 4 and eventually get to 6 a day by week 5 or 6 so then at least i will know if 6 a day is good or too much for me. I hope it will be alright and that my side effects wont be too bad/scary.

    I think the headache thing is just a mixture of how much water/food you need to eat so im not too worried about that. I’ll just have to carry my water bottle around with some healthy snacks for when im in class.

    However are there any women who have started on Lipo 6 Black and switched to Lipo 6 Black Hers for any particular reason? like was it too intense or anything like that? If so, could you reply to this either on here or by email: dreamrgrl243@yahoo.com

    Lipo 6 Black Hers has worked wonders for me. Whenever I take it I get very shakey and anxious and sometimes I feel a little sick but it has been shedding the pounds off of me.     ive been taking it for about a week now. Im a coffee drinking so the caffiene didnt effect me. The only time it did was when i didnt drink alot of water. also if ur jittery try changing ur eating habits. instead of 2-3 times a day eat 5-6 times a day. I have really clear skin and i noticed a little bit of acne on my left shoulder and chin. I changed my diet and face wash at the same time, so i cant declare it is lipo 6 that did it. Other than the bad, the product started defining instantly. Lost about 5 pounds within the first week of pure body fat. Lipo 6 black is definately more aggressive than lipo 6x.Just the first week and im 5 lbs lighter an about an inch slimmer. Im anxious to see weeks two and three.

    I did a lot of reading before buying the product but, I guess this stuff doesn’t work for everyone. I’ve been actively going to the gym and taking in less calories than I burn for a month now. I bought Lipo6 black to help with my fat burning and energy. After 1 weeks use, I must say this product has been disappointing to me. I don’t feel any more energetic and I am not losing weight any faster. I don’t feel ANYTHING actually except, the very first time I took 2 capsules when I bought it.
    The first time I had slight tingle in my head and moderate body temp rise but only because I had a very rigorous workout which really got my blood going. I can workout at the gym and get my heart rate going just fine without adding Lipo6 and spending $40. It’s just not worth the money for the minimal results it produces.

    Side note: I am also taking N.O. Explode nitric oxide, GNC men’s multivitamins, fish oil and Pro Complex protein powder. These products are working great for me. 5 days a week in the gym with 10 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes weight lifting. Looking for some energy, try nitric oxide.

    Bought my first bottle on a whim from a GNC. I figured, what the heck, nothing I was doing or taking, I’ve tried a bunch, had me achieving the results I was looking for. Took 3 Lipo6 Black right off the bat at about 1:30pm. It’s now 8:00pm and I feel like I have a ton of energy. Was very jittery but it was like after drinking a pot of coffee. We’ll see how it goes. Starting a workout program tomorrow. I agree with other reviews though, some products do not work the same for each individual if at all. You just have to find one that does.     I got given a free pot (5 days worth at 4 a day) of these by the guy at my local health shop after i told him i’d lost 7lbs in a month he said i should give them a try to give me a kick start. So far so good, felt the difference after my first day. Do agree with everyones comments about following the instructions to the letter, except no one has answered if there is any valid reason for under 21’s not being supposed to use them, i’m 19. So far no negative effects on me. Will re-post if i start to grow extra appendages.

    I bought lipo 6 black, I have tried many weight loss products and by far this is a great product! Follow directions CLOSELY, do hardcore workouts and it will give u a much needed boost. Rediculios results in a week, the pill will work as hard as you work for your goal. Body weight and caffeine tolerance is very important in taking this, I’m wired without the jitters. I pike it!
