The product basically has six proprietary blends catered to each point. From what I have seen, each of the ingredients applies and there is a significant body of research behind their effectiveness. As they are proprietary blends I can’t give you a very good idea of the kind of potency we are looking at, but at the very least I can say that you will get a great boost of energy with this product and a healthy dose of vitamins and minerals.
