This is not an actual name of a chemical, but a made-up patent name. This ingredient is said to be a cortisol blocker, which is a natural chemical response in the body to stress which may increase the propensity to eat more and store more fat. The key word there is “may”. There is no convincing research out there to say that stress-related chemicals are major players in weight problems. To blame your weight problem on stress alone is missing the point and will not help you lose weight.
Is Lean Xtreme Worth Trying?
As the main ingredient has no randomized clinical trials proving its effectiveness at actually helping people lose weight, I fail to recommend Lean Xtreme. This product sells for $36, which is an arbitrarily high price for such an uncertain product.
