This product contains a massive amount of caffeine, which even for the tolerant may cause some sleeplessness and jitters. It also uses pork gelatin for its capsules, which may cause some digestive problems.

The “key” ingredient in this product burner, cissus quadrangularis, was actually found to be fairly effective at helping in weight loss in a study. This study was, however, done in Cameroon (a poor country in Africa) where standards regulating scientific research are much lower. As well, HydroxyCut max does not disclose whether the necessary 300 mg of this ingredient are included.
The rest of the ingredients here, which are many, are largely dominated by the 300 mg of caffeine (a TON of caffeine) and green tea. I was using Hydroxycut Max for Women when they took it off the market. Very disapointed. It never gave me any problems and I lost 40 pounds. This was the first diet pill that never made me feel nervious or get the shakes. Do you reccomend any other compairable brands.

I dont think they should have taken Hydroxycut of the shelf I took it for over a year and I never had any problems if people would do what the bottle calls for. you can not take Hydroxycut if you have any kind of heath problems and some people still do.I lost 60 pounds
