i lost 120 pounds using this product, so i stand by it. however it can raise your blood pressure and heart rate. so be careful. 9 out of 10 (i do not believe in 10 out of 10 for weight loss pills)

I am over-weight (223 LBS, 5′6} I had finished 2 bottles of hydrocut & exercise regularly, i lost 23 pounds for 3 months, now i stop because my pulse rate was very high while exercising, which scares me cause since i wasn’t aware about the side-effects.

I used only one bottle of the Hydroxycut Hardcore and found it to work quite well for me. I lost a noticable amount of weight while using the product but when I changed to Hydroxycut Max when I ran out of the Hardcore, I PUT THE WEIGHT RIGHT BACK ON. I did not change my workout habits or eating habits either. It was really weird. I would not recommend this product for long-term weight loss.
