Ghrelin Inhibition (710 mg) - Spinach, broccoli, garlic, celery, carrot, wheat grass, asparagus, tomato, shiitake mushroom, and mustard seed.
Leptin Activation - (770 mg) - Guarana, acai, bitter orange, noni, mangosteen, wolfberry, pomegranate, bitter melon, raspberry keytones, grapeseed.
Though these formulas are proprietary, and therefore do not disclose the specific concentrations of each ingredient, the combination is a good one. I am always worried that they may include more of the less effective ingredients but there aren’t many ingredients here that won’t help you out anyway. You might notice that the ghrelin inhibitors look a lot like ingredients in a spaghetti sauce, but these extracts can actually be somewhat effective on their own as appetite killers. There is plenty of evidence to suggest the effectiveness of the second blend as well.
Is Ghreleptin Worth Trying?
For $30 a bottle, this is surely one of the more reasonably-priced products out there given what you are getting. I always prefer to know the exact ingredient concentrations in order to better gauge effectiveness, but these days it is pretty uncommon anyway.
