I have used full bars and full bites as ingredients in my overall weight loss / health enhancement program. Following the published advice of Dr. Michael Snyder, I increased exercise and reduced calories. Result is that, so far, I have lost 80 pounds and am rarely hungry during my dieting. Full bars have been an important help in my program. Full bites are new to me, but they, too, are helping. My experience with these products and with the published advice of Dr. Snyder has been terrific because, after 50 years of morbid obesity, I am succeeding in weight loss and improvement of my overall health.

I just have a question about the fullbar. Do any of you work out? I work out five to six days a week, and I am curious as to what my results from the Fullbar would be given that I won’t be depending fully on it to lose weight. If any of you work out regularly and like the results you are getting with the Fullbar will you let me know?

I too was sceptical at first becasue I love to eat. I saw an article in the local costco magazine and decided to try it. I have been on the bars for two days now its working thus far. Yesterday I tried the first one, followed the directions and when I went to eat dinner I could only eat 1/4 of what I usually eat and I felt so sick after trying to eat my usuall amount. Even writing this I still fill stuffed. I am getting more and cpnvinced eash minute. One thing I might add here is that I am a type one diabetic and I have tried most of the diets. I hope this works.

Thank you for you comments, both positive and negative. I have decided to give the bar a one week trial, I just started today. I found them a bit pricey, but they are large bars and I do feel comfortable not overly full and not hungry. I bought the chocolate chip which helps my chocolate craving also. I will let you know if I have good results.

I just started the program. the Aqua full is sort of like a packet of crack if you use more than 1 packet every few hours, but overall, I haven’t been nearly as hungry during the afternoon as I usually am.

My weak points are mid afternoon. instead of waiting to use the bar before dinner, I usually use it around 4, and then follow up with an Aqua full packet on the way home from work in my water bottle.

So far, so good. I would recommend staying away from most of the flavors except the peanut butter and the cocoa. The others are WAAY too sweet.

I will see how long I stay full before I decised if I want to buy 30 days worth you never know so far so good I will report back tomorrow take it from a person who over eats and eat a whole lot I’m good and full

I took the full bar for the first time today it was really good I drink the water with the bar and 30 minutes later I ate less from a real person I would recommand the full bar i was full and I didn’t want to eat nomore. I eat alot so I was expecting to kill the whole chicken salad but I couldn’t I’m going to see how how I stay full and see if I would by it

Not only have I tried Fullbar, but unlike your previous reviews, I’ve done my research on the program. When used properly, Fullbar works wonders. I’ve already lost weight and I’ve only been using it a few weeks. I eat less, and I feel more satisfied. I work in an office building, where, in an effort to get the whole company in better shape, we all started the fullbar program together- ALL of us have lost weight and are very happy with the program. A lovely lady called me after i had turned down the initial offer because it did seem a bit expensive. once i got over the fact that she was calling me about weight loss (effectively telling me other people know i’m fat) I ordered at her much lower price (buy two get one, saved 150 bucks!) and I’m happy to say that I’ll be using fullbar to help me lose weight until i’ve reached my goal, and my body for the way that it’s lost the weight will keep the weight off, even when i’m not using the bars anymore.

I started in Feb.walking,jogging,starving, & tried the egg, bacon,& grapefruit diet trying to loose 40 lbs. But only lost 8 for our family reunion in July in AZ. Still I’m the fattest girl (of 7) in my family 183 lbs & only 5’2″. The rest of them are 135 & under & taller than me!! So now I am going to try “Deca Slim” because I’m desperate, embarassed & can’t afford lipo suction or stomach surgery. I’ll keep everyone posted.
