I just started this yesterday, however I have already noticed a decrease in my appetite. I do get a small burst of energy. however I am still wondering how its gonna work for me after reading all the very different reviews. Wish me Luck. Will keep you updated!

I just started taking it today and I do feel different. Usually I have this unending hunger that doesn’t go away and from only taking ONE of these I feel in control. My stomach isn’t growling constantly and I’ve only eaten a banana today and a fruit smoothie. I have to lose up to 40lbs so I hope this continues.
I didn’t feel a boost of energy from the caffeine though cuz I have a lot of coffee and am probably immune to it. However, my concern is more towards supressing my appetite and this is great so far.

I have a goal of losing 30 more pounds…so far with this product I have lost 20 and am still going. You have to exercise and eat right in order to get what it is you are seeking and thats a healthier lifestyle. Nothing worth having is quick you have to work at it.

i have a goal of loosing 20lbs so i was looking around for which diet pill to use and after seeing good reviews on dexatrim complex 7, i decided to give it a try. it did absolutely nothing for me. i did not notice an increase in energy, it did not help curb my appetite and i didn’t loose any weight at all. i was very disappointed.

I started using this product about 2 weeks ago, and its drastically changed my appetite. I don’t crave snacks at night, and I can only eat a smaller portion of my meals. I’ve lost 7lbs on it so far, and I feel great

I was using, regularly the Dexatrim Max with mpoderate success along with exercise 2-3 per week. When the Complex 7 version was introduced I began using it and have lost 35 pounds. Oh, by the way I have kept it off. I have increased my frequency of exercise to 6 times per week and feel this combination works well.

this product works good. it supresses my appetite really well. i work at an ice cream place and i never wanna eat while im on this. For me there really are no side effects at all. I crash really bad after about 3-4 hours after taking it from all the caffeine and the Niacin in it makes me sort of itchy but that can be fixed by drinking water with it. overall this is a great product.

I took this for 2 weeks and noticed a huge decrease in my appetite immediately and was only taking it in the a.m! I was working out 3-4x a week, nothing major just some push ups and crunches and lost on average 1/2 pound to a pound a day. Then stopped taking it and stopped losing weight. So I started back up and am hoping to lose my last 20 pounds. Oh, and I ate very healthy- low carb…..
