  2. my comment was on cla, cla affects the way your body ‘views’ calories, both intake and stored. you need to realize that you are basically tricking your body into burning stored calories faster than you normally would. it simply is not a weight loss miracle but a metabolism supplement for active persons wishing to boost metabolism.
    whoever commented that he had increase appetite therefore increased bodyfat must have no willpower…. if you ate everytime your body thought it needed food we would all be 350 pounds. as i mentioned before you are in a sense tricking your body to burn calories at an increased rate {exercise and lifestyle are still MAJOR factors in the results you will achieve} as a result your body will try to trick you into feeding it more {creating a positive caloric balance and therefore defeating the purpose of weightloss} it comes down to simply watching your diet, and monitoring your weight vs your target weight. ie: if you weigh 250 but you want to weigh 200 you should be eating a calorie ratio for weight of around 240 gradually working your way down to target weight.

  4. I tried cla and think its the only thing that really gives me a boost in weight loss. I have lost 55 pounds over 2 years (40 in the first) I work out a lot and kept changing up my work out but couldn’t drop the last 15 pounds until I took cla. I didn’t find I had an increase in appetite at all. But now that I have been taking it for 6 months I find that if I stop I get really constipated and can’t go until I take more cla. Is this a long term affect of using cla?

  5. I have been taking CLA for three weeks and along with exercise and walking, I have lost 6 pounds. I dont know how good that is but I have not had any negative effects.
