Cha de Bugre, originating from the tropical rain forests of Brazil, is an appetite suppressant. My only qualm with appetites suppressants is that they will only help you lose weight if you actually eat less. I don’t think I’m alone when I say that one of my favorite things to do is eat. Now, if all we could do is eat healthier choices, burn of the calories we consume (through proper exercise/activity), then we wouldn’t even need to suppress something that gives us all so much joy.
