I love my body bugg have had it for about two years now. I am now going to get the digital watch (it will work with the models V2 and higher) that downloads to so you can see where you are all day at any moment. When I feel I am getting off track I slip it on. It is a huge help and quite a motivator. The program is great and entering everything you eat really wakes you up to the amount of calories there are in things. It is a fabulous learning tool. I love it. Recommend it highly to anyone needing motivation.

I have been using the body bug for 6 months. Not only have I lost 30 pounds but I am much more aware of how much activity I must sustain to be able to eat what I normally eat and still lose weight. I don’t know what web sites others speak of that will tell you precisely what you are burning all day and night. I also don’t know who can hire a personal trainer to lose weight for $500 and see results. That would only get me about 7 sessions. By the way, my Body Bug cost me $300 plus the monthly fee of about $9/$10.

I purchased the bodybugg in conjuction to getting a personal trainer. I purchased mine for 199… and I am very happy! For me, It helps me hold myself accountable. I can see my progress. And it is an easy program to use. Having a toddler and a 12 year old does not leave much time to figure out the calories on your own… with diet and exercise and my bodybugg, I lost 15 lbs in 1 month!!! I reccommene this to everyone…(buy it on sale) and FYI the monthly suscription price has dropped by a 1/3…

Ya, Bodybugg does work but after about 6 month you can’t download your information. Not a good think!!!
