Happy that I did not order this product for my husband ! I had called after hearing about Banital on the radio,,come to find out that it isnt actually free,,you have to pay 49.95 + 9.95 in order to get the “free” part of it ! CSR told me that he would have to take it 1 week on and one week off with ALOT of excercise + dieting !!! well,,in reality with ALOT of exercise and diet you will lose weight anyways,,,I lost 35lbs just by eating more whole grains and using my stepper which cost me $10.00 !!!! CUT THE MEDS PEOPLE,,,GET PHYSICAL !!

i have been on banital for 4 weeks and I have lost 20 pounds, it is worth it and I feel so good about myself…..I have tried alot of products andbanital not only helped me lose weight but keep it off….I noticed alot of bashing banital but I further investigated and it was other weight loss company’s doing it

I ordered this product on a Sunday and found out Monday morning that I was pregnant. I called the company immediately to cancel my order as it had not been shipped yet. The CSR that I spoke to was extremely rude and refused to cancel my order. He said it was already processed so it could not be cancelled and that I was to return to sender once I received it and they would then cancel it but I still had to pay for shipping. He even went to the extent to tell me that it was not his problem that I got pregnant. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he told me that they would tell me the same thing and that he did not have a supervisor available. He then disconnected the call. I called back a second time, told the CSR my situation and she too told me that I would have to return the package to sender that way I did not have to pay for return shipping but still had to pay for the initial shipment to me. I asked to speak to her supvisor and I was told that she can not do anything anyway. I said that someone must be able to cancel this order, although it had been processed, it was not shipped. She said the onwer of the company can override that. When I asked to speak to the owner of the company, the CSR told me that she had been on the call with me too long and that she had to go because she had other calls to take. She then disconnected the call. Based on this alone, this company is full of it and are nothing more than a money grab. Beware if you buy this product, the company is shaddy!! I ended up cancelling my credit card so they could not charge my card for the order or for the shipping.

This product is a joke, i did everything that was instructed and still have not lost any weight. if anything i have gained some. i have been trying to get my money back but the coustmer service sucks and they keep giving me the run around and when you ask to speak to a supervisor they transfer you to just be hung up on. screw this pill save your money its not worth the trouble.

I DID NOT order this product and I want my $69.95 back ASAP. I Don’t need diet pills and never ordered them! I’m 5’6″ AND 115. These people are apparently getting people’s #’s somehow and charging their accounts. Well, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

I purchased banital 3 years ago and it worked wonderful for me. I did the 7 day cleanse and I went from a size 14 to a 10 in 4 weeks. I did work out a little in my home. I felt an increase in energy and I literaly saw my belly fat decrease in a very small period of time. I got pregnant and discontinued obviously. Now here we are 3 years later and I just reeived my shipment of detox pills. I am hoping for the same result. I would and have recommended Banital to all of my friends. It definately worked for me.

I actually did a couple reviews for a few diet pills and believed that Banital was really going to help me. My co-worker and I purchased Banital and both of us are SO DISAPPOINTED with the results. It says you can lose weight on your first week. We started our 1st week and as told to give a break for one week, which I did and started my next 7 days. I have not lost ANY weight and we drank a lot of water and have eaten less. I am really disappointed as so is my co-worker and would NOT recommend anyone to buy this product. I’m hoping that their 30 day money-back guarantee is real. Just an extra their customer service is BAD, the person I talked to after checking out the prices on the internet gave me a higher price when I called and when I asked her Why was it more she was telling me that the website was expired. She was trying to lie to me. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he was stuttering to answer why she was saying the page expired because as we were speaking I went back on the web to check the price and it was cheaper to order online. “DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT”
