I ordered my “free trial” 2 days ago, and I actually got it today. So, I can’t complain there. Also, like most other people on here, I didn’t bother reading the terms and conditions, and found out about their autoship/autocharge deal AFTER I’d already ordered it. I went ahead and canceled it then and there, and am honestly surprised they sent my trial at all. I already have the RMA number, so on Monday (01/23/12) I am going to mail it back to them…after I dump the pills out and write down the instructions for taking them.

I will try them for a few days- I know my body pretty well and know when something works and doesn’t work for me. I’ve lost 34 pounds already, and I want to lose about 20 more before summer gets here. I’m hoping this will help me with that. If not, no harm done.

Like many others I thought you couldn’t go wrong with trial offer however you don’t get it forever and then I tried to cancel ASAP couldnt get anyone to answer the 1-800 I shipped back the empty bottle and stopped more charges from being added. However, I think I’ll just stick with diet and exercise.

14 Days is not enough to try a diet product at all.
The fact that they enroll you in auto ship is just down right bad business practice (well not for them because they get your money so I guess that is how they make a profit).

Then when you cancel you can’t return any product to them so one way or another they will get your $95 for the second bottle as well as the $89 for the first bottle.

Do NOT order Avesil. The product does not work. They charge you 14 days after you AGREE to the trial, not when you get the actual product. Then they charge you again just two wks later for the second bottle. When you go to cancel, they say your account has been canceled but then charge you $95+ the next month. You call to dispute the charge and they simply say, they have no record of it. I filed a complaint with BBB and their response “we have no record but she’s canceled now.” DO NOT GIVE THESE people your credit card information. Don’t waste your time with this product or company with terrible customer service.

BEWARE OF THE POSITIVE AVESIL REVIEWS – do your research! If you go online and search the blogs, you’ll read that far and away AVESIL is a SCAM. The product does not work and worse yet, they charge your card after you cancel and then claim to have no record of the phone call you made in which you canceled the product. It may not happen to every single person who agrees to the trial practice and agrees to give this product an honest shot, but do you want to be the 1 in 5 people charged $95 after cancellation and then refused a refund?

I have been on Avesil now for 2 months. I ordered the trail one at first stopped before the 14 days were up had no problem at all with stopping them from charging my account. I then tried a differnt diet pill and relized Avesil worked the best for me called them back up order more and now been on them for 2 month and have lost 21 pounds in 2 months. I am not a active person due to me being allergic to sweating…. I have found though walking on a treadmil for 30 mins everyday with 2 fans blowing on me and watching what i eat keeping it to 1000 cal a day i was able to drop 10 lbs in one month. All in all i have tried sooo many diet pills and eaither i got massive headache or horrible night mares i seem to do best with this. Keep in mind everyone is different.

I ordered Avesil on ebay,then while looking on line I decided to call the company about my order and they said that sellers on ebay and amazon are not authorized sellers of the product and that they just take my $40 go on the avesil site place the order for the trial. I get my bottle but then they now have my info. so I filed an A to Z claim and got my money back. Im only doing business directly thru the company now…btw i did feel fuller quicker and had more energy, lost 15lbs so far.thinking about ordering again (but directly from the source)

Great product! I’ve been taking it for 12 weeks and I lost 33lbs! I purchased a diamond pack its where you get 4 bottles for the price of 2 and you are not enrolled in any auto ship. so i received a 4 months supply. They recommend that you take it for 12 weeks. I’m guessing that people who aren’t seeing results aren’t taking it for the recommended amount of time time…

I have no idea what everyone above is talking about!!!! I think the problem is that some of you people don’t read what you’re signing up for. I tried Avesil. (I read the terms and conditions.) I called to cancel on my trial date, which was fine they even let me keep the pills, (just returned the bottle empty) and I wasn’t charged anything but the 3.95 for shipping. so far I’ve lost 10lbs on 1 month!!! only thing I did was change from eating burgers and fries, to salad and wraps and I took Avesil. I’m planning on getting some more.
the moral of the story is you have to READ, READ, READ before you sign up for ANYTHING! and I promise you wont regret the outcome.

Sad to say that Avesil is not working for my husband and I. I’ve gained two pounds! Will arrange the return/cancellation online first thing tomorrow morning.
