I am taking arson and because I am aware of it having caffeine I make sure to take only one tablet in the morning and 2 tablets before my workout….it gives me the boost I need and as for appetite control it aids me in not having the mental and physical need for those extra snacks. I also combine it with ACV cocktails. Diet pills aid you, not melt the fat off of you. You can use the added energy to help push yourself in the gym. It makes you feel good and ready to tackle your everyday tasks and to take away that lazy feeling. I recommend them but I also reccommend that your water intake increases…goodluck

I hate it. I feel all jittery, pissed off and I haven’t lost anything. It has a horrible crash after it wears off. I don’t recommend this pill.

I was taking hot-rox before then switched to arson and believe it works better but agree that the side effects suck balls!!

this pill does burn fat pretty quick, but i dont like the side effects. you get headaches, you feel light headed and dizzy, jittery at times, and then you have a huge crash after the source of energy…..

no pill will make you lose weight, only give you energy and ingredients to aid in your struggle
