I just started takin it about two weeks ago… Im in college so a diet is pretty hard to maintain. I havent gotten on a scale yet but i feel like i am starting to loose. I started the whole Detox/Apidexin method on Monday. Today is Friday. I have also maintained a low carb eating habit. This is crazy, but in 5 days, no joke, I have lost 10 pounds. That Detox stuff works really good too. I have some side effects like: Feeling hyped up, “word salad” (meaning when I try to talk, the words get all mixed up coming out), and an occasional naueaa, but not bad. I sleep fine at night. Day one for me. Prior to making the decision to purchase, I read many many positive reviews…Then after committing and shiopment was on it’s way I found many mixed reviews and lots of negative feedback. I was a bit concerned about my days being filled with nausea, headache and that freaky speed feeling…However, the thought of less hunger pangs prevailed and I consumed!
Ok, no sickness at all, headache yes, but I have them anyway and pretty certain it was my normal tmj thing. Feelings of speed, yup! but not for at least 2 hrs after I took it, and it lasted about an hour. Hungry pangs? Yup! had them too, was bummed… BUT, the one big difference for me was, I had a nice Greek Salad for lunch w/pita Bread, I normally can eat it all, half way thru I was full, very full. That was awesome! One other important note, I only took one pill and did not start the cleansing due to apprehension of side effects… I will take two (before breakfast, and before lunch ONLY) and see what happens…will check back

I have been taking the diet pill apidexin and the detox for three days now. It those three days I have lost close to 5lbs. What people need to understand is that one everyone is different a person needing to lose 30lbs will initially lose more weight then a person needing to lose say 10lbs. It doesn’t mean this product doesn’t work it means that you are going to lose it more slowly so give it another week. Also are you taking the medication correctly it tells you to eat a high protein meal right there on the bottle. You will feel hungry with your body’s metabolism speeding up it needs fuel so eat the right foods aka healthy and it will help you feel full. I am willing to bet that many of you are taking this and not eating to speed results it wont work. You have to learn how to eat properly and you will lose the weight. Well i am a chef and find it very hard to eat properly.The only way for me to lose weight is by suppresing my hunger.I think this is an excellent product.although everyone is different, i am one of those people that could drink 6 strong coffees before bed and still sleep.this is day two of apidexan i think ill start it with the detox tomorrow.currently weigh about 67kg would like to be about 55kg.I have had a slight headache yesterday but not today and a little extra energy and slept wonderful although when i woke felt like i had a slight hang over but once i was up i was ok.jumped on the scales tonight looks like i dropped about a kg.went for a 40 min walk yesterday and today and have eaten much less with better choices.heres hoping for fast results.one question does the detox make you go to the toilet alot?

I have been taking this pill on and off for over a year. Never more than a few weeks at a time, but every time I have ever taken it I lose weight like crazy! I feel like most people don’t take it right or they treat it like a miracle pill where they can eat anything. You WILL feel weird like the first day or two but after a while you won’t feel that weird sick feeling. I combine Apidexin with diet and sometimes exercise and I drop weight quickly. I have just started this product today and so far I feel okay. I am 21 and 5ft 2, I currently weigh 130pounds but want to banish the extra few pounds before holiday and thought this would help me along the way. I have read a lot of mixed reviews, however, everyone is different. Some people can lose weight at the drop of a hat, whereas others have to work that extra bit harder. Hopefully these combined with exercise and a high protein diet I will shift the extra few pounds. If anyone has tried these before who are rougly my age and weight let me know how you got on?

How about everyone take a week or two before you begin taking Apidexin and detox to get a little all natural excersize?!?! This way your body and mind wont be to shocked when your heart rate goes up a little bit…. If you have the jitters take a deep breath and stretch, it works…. If you feel woozy drink some more water and eat something….. If you cant sleep at night work out for an extra 30-45 min during the day… The pill is not gonna work automatically! I’m 23, no serious medical conditions (just exercise induced asthma) and looking to lose 30 lbs, 50 ultimately.
I’ve been using Apidexin for about 3 weeks now. I haven’t seen any numbers going down on the scales, but I have noticed that I feel thinner. Pants are fitting a bit better around the mid-section.
The first week I started using this, I went to the gym every day and drank nothing but TONS of water. Again, I didn’t notice any number changes but I did notice that clothes were fitting me better. Then I injured my knee at work and stopped going to the gym the last two weeks to let it heal. I’ve continued using the pills though.
I notice slight jitters and it definitly suppresses my appetite. I could usually each a foot long Subway sub with chips and I could only finish half yesterday. There was one point where I got scared where I had the shakes (not jitters, i had trouble writing neatly) and the “speed” effect, but this has cleared up.
I was aiming for numbers to go down, but if it is burning fat then I will continue to use. I want to use a detox with it shortly. I had to make sure I’d continue the pills first.

well i am on my third day i started outtaking one cap in the early morning. no side effects at all. it def curbs the hunger and i get just the right amount of energy to getmy day going. its important that youeat something 30-60 min after taking the cap though. i didnt get nausious but you do feel alittle off if you dont eat. and yes you need to get moving to actually see results. i havent weighed yet and wont until i have been on about two weeks. im not looking for a miracle cure or anything but i like the way i feel on it and its not bad at all. i mean its improtant to eat and get off your butt and do some sort of exersize. i have no complaints with this product. and i am sorry for those of you who have not had much luck or have had side effects that might put you off to the product. i am going to give this product two months with cardio 5 deays a week and weight training 3 days a week. i will keep you all up to date with my progress. thank you

Hello all, after reading the reviews and doing my homework, decided to try this product. I don’t have a sensitivity to caffeine (I take at least one 5-hour energy shot daily lol) so maybe it will help me drop about 10 lbs. I am a 57 year old “young” woman. I am 5’2″ and my weight is now 128 lbs, with a huge shift to belly fat. I maintained my weight for years at 110-115 lbs. I have used Apidexin for just over 1 month. It did not work for me as I had hoped. I didn’t loose any weight even though it looked like I might for the first 3 days. Instead, it gave me a buzz and a queasy stomach and I had a slightly harder time getting to sleep at night (from the buzz). That was with taking only 1 pill 1/2 to 1 hr before lunch. I couldn’t have tolerated the buzz from 2 pills. It lessoned my appetite somewhat at lunch time but not in the afternoon and evening, which is the main concern and my most hungry time of day. I have looking for an appetite suppressant alone without a more energy giving element (which I don’t need). That I know will be effective for me as long as it is safe and tolerable. I only need to loose 20 lbs max but I didn’t even loose 1. I hope this is submitted as people like myself really want to know the truth about a product they are researching on line.

Sep 16 2010 its been just over three weeks since i started taken Apidexin and i have lost 9lbs in 14 days. 9lbs!!! im not lying!! i am very happen i have had no side effects but you do need to drink alot of water with the Apidexin. also working out is kind of a must. So I cannot say that these pills really worked for me but hopefully they work for someone. I have changed to Phephedrine and hopefully I will have better luck.

Hi, I haven’t tried the product yet, I just had a few questions. I am 24 years old, I have 2 kids, I am about 5ft 6in, and I weigh around 200lbs. My weight loss goal is to lose 30lbs short term and 50-60 long term. I have tried Adipex in the past and had a terrible experiance. I am looking for something not as harsh yet still effective. I’ve read many reviews about Apidexin, more good then bad. I just had a few concerns that I hope someone can help me with.
No one has said anything about smoking with this pill. Is this safe for smokers?
I can’t help but notice the lack of before and after photos. Is there somewhere I can see these? Anyone know of a site?
A few people mentioned chest pains? Did these turn out to be anything serious?
And lastly, is there a significant amount of difference in weight loss if you also use the detox?

I’ll start with saying I was in the military for 6 years and maintained a pretty good work out routine for all of those six years, minus time off for injuries I was either in the gym or running 3 miles. I got out of the military almost a year ago and have allowed my self to become a little lazy and have put on about 20lbs of unhealthy weight. As anyone who works out knows, once you stop it’s hard to start again. In the past I’ve tried all kinds of supplements to help get into better shape. I ordered this product on a Wednesday and recieved it on Saturday without paying any extra for shipping. That was the first positive thing with this product. I ordered the 6+6 package which is 6 bottles of Apidexin and 6 bottles of Detoxufree 72. Started taking them both on Saturday. I would recommend starting this on a weekend or whatever days you have off, I will explain why. I knew from taking other fat burner pills that usually when you first start taking them you should eat with the first few doses to help prevent getting sick until your body gets used to taking them. I did not experience any jitters but it does feel like drinking a good cup of coffee if you drink coffee everyday. I drank plenty of water all day long. This also should help prevent any other side effects that usually come with taking strong fat burners. I did experience sleeplessness the first night, I tossed and turned all night long, this is why I would start on a weekend to prevent not feeling well at work. Sunday was much better, no side effects what so ever and I slept fine that night. Today is Monday my third day on the product. I took the pills as directed and felt fine. It still feels like drinking a good cup of coffee but no jitters or anxious feeling. I just feel energetic and alert. I have been monitoring my weight each day. I know my body weight changes an average of 2 to 3 lbs per day anyway so I’m not expecting to notice any drastic changes yet and I haven’t. But I did notice today that my pants are no where near as tight as they were on Friday. Not saying that this is because of the product but I’m willing to bet it helped. It has helped reduce my appetite, I still get hungry but when I eat I feel full much quicker and eat less with meals. These pills alone will not be enough to help anyone lose 15lbs or more fast, diet and exercise will always play a key role in losing weight. I will be starting back in the gym today and hope to see more results over the next few weeks. If you don’t hear back from me that means it worked. If you see another post from me, I will be saying that it did nothing to help me.

Hi, I just started taking Apidexin today and was very wary of the product. I had heard various negative side affects and I am seventeen so I just thought it would be really risky. It 5pm now and I took my first pill at 8am and my second at around noon. The only thing I’ve noticed so far is a little nausea, more like swirling in my stomach, nothing painful but its just..odd. Also a little dizziness. I haven’t been feeling any more energetic so maybe I won’t have any problems sleeping but i’ll keep posted. I was wondering if anyone could tell me, when did they start feeling their hunger go down? It’s mostly why I am taking the pill, so I dont have late-night cravings and such and I noticed that my hunger hasn’t really gone down but the swirling in my stomach just comes back after eating.

25yo, Female, 195lbs – Great Health – Heavy set all my life – Weight loss goal is 50lbs.
I have a huge sensitivity to caffiene and most other weightloss pills so I was weary about trying this. I had great results with the Alli pill which helped me learn how to eat healthy on a daily basis…and I will always recommend it but I wanted to try this because I needed help burning the fat now that I can maintain a low fat, low calorie diet on my own.
I started today with the Apidexin AND the 72hr detox. I am eating Breakfast now. I took the pills 50 minutes ago. I have not felt jittery or light-headed or nausiated…which is great because I cant even drink 1 cup of coffee without feeling like that so +1! It’s obvious that I have to drink alot of water which is no problem for me…thats all I drink everyday anyway..i gave up soda 5 years ago. I also heard that it helps to eat lots of protein and fiber so I am having left over meat plus a breakfast fiber bar and water for Breakfast and so far so good. I expect to have to make several trips to the restroom while on the detox but that is okay. so…i will update everyone 1-2 times a week here.
For the record. I have tried several weightloss pills and and powders over the years including Leptothin (made me HORRIBLY sick), Alli (worked Awesome), Sensa (didnt help because I already eat well) and several others that I dont even remember the names of. So far..Alli is ranked #1 on my list and this is the first pill that hasnt made me sick on the first dose so YAY!
Oh, and I exercise 3x week doing Malibu Pilates (Best and Easiers workout EVER!!!)

Ordered this product yesterday… After reading good reviews. I believe like anything there are positive and negative feelings on any given product. I hope my body can cope with Apidexin.
I have Fibromyalgia. I take Lyrica. One of the side affects of this condition is sometimes you feel like you nerves will crawl out of first your stomach, then you whole body. It is a horrible feeling! Without taking Lyrica, I would not be able to function as I like to do. It is very debilitating.
There is a ray of hope though! New research has shown that Fibromyalgia, attacks the bodies Neurons,therefore the pain. They are finding it also affects the pain center part of the brain, causing the brain to “think” your body is having more acute pain then it actually has.

Because of injuries last year, I was laid up for sometime. I could not exercise! I am now starting slowly back to exercising.
I am, after reading today’s reviews a bit nervous about “the jitters and headaches.” I am not a headache type and I drink about 2-3 cups of good dark coffee every morning.without any jitters. So I do have a good tolerance with caffeine.
I hope I still can enjoy my coffee. I love that cup first thing in the morning. It is one of my life’s pleasures. I just turned 65.

Just started yesterday taking the pills & detox as directed. I’ve been very sensitive to diet products in the past, but this hasn’t given me any problems so far. I just feel very energized and pretty good actually. My snack cravings have went away, but I’m not so appetite suppressed that I don’t feel like eating. I also exercise 3-4 times a week. I haven’t had any trouble sleeping so far either. It’s 10-10-10, I will update in a week on the 17th. Right now I’m 5’7 187 lbs..I hope to lose about 30 to 40 lbs.

Okay…day four…got through the 72hr Detox pretty easy. No drastic escapes for the bathroom…still none of the bad side effects commonly found on these reviews so that is great! I dont think I got the results I was expecting from the detox though..meaning I didnt lose weight BECAUSE of nausea or frequent trips to the bathroom. I drank plenty of water and I lost 3lbs. The great thing about it is I know it wasn’t just water weight. My MONTHLY cycle usually causes me to fluctuate 4-9lbs in water gain the week before my cycle begins which is why i started between cycles when my water weight is at my lowest and look..3lbs..not bad…No jitters either. I cant say whether it affected my sleep or not because I suffer from anxiety anyway so I take 3mg of Melatonin before bed to help me fall asleep anyway and I slept wonderfully so no complaints so far.

This is my first day on it. I feel great! I kind of felt drunk when I first took it but its wearing off now. I took lipofuze before and it made me feel awful. It made me feel like I was going to throw up all the time and it made me dizzy and really hot. This is a great improvement. I don’t know if it helps with mood, but I sprained my ankle over the weekend and hurt my knee and I’ve been pretty miserable. Today, after I took it, I have been in a great mood. The only thing is it has made me pee a lot and I’ve had a few bowel movements but I don’t mind, I feel like it’s just getting rid of the bad things in my body.
I want to lose at least 25-30 pounds and ideally, 40 by next summer, but I know that’s unrealistic. I will update in a week to let you guys know if it’s worked at all for me!

Since then, I have bought my own place, but can’t get this weight off! I have tried many diet pills (Dexatrim, Mega Green T, Alli, +) and honestly, the only thing that has ever worked for me was in college: a protein diet of 1500cal/day, daily multivitamin, plus 2hrs of cardio EVERY day – I lost 40lbs in 4mos. Working 55hr weeks, taking fulltime M.S. classes, and keeping care of my house and pets, while doing volunteer work every weekend, church, and tons of business travel…I don’t have time for that diet anymore. I still eat about 1500/day and workout 3x/week, but sitting in an office all week gets you.
I hope this will work; if I eat a 2000cal diet even with exercising, I gain about 5 lbs a week
I eat out once a week, usually salad or vegan flatbreads…I haven’t had any pizza, no soda, no ice cream, no fried chicken, no hot pockets, and no whole milk in over a year…kind of used to it by now, but it still stinks.

Okay… Day 7…I checked my weight this morning and I am still at what I was on Monday but I have lost at least 2 inches since then and I fit into some capris that I could not even squeeze into 3 weeks ago. (yay!) Its odd..I have actually slept better than I normally do for the past week…deep sleep. I have NOT gotten any bad side effects though which is great because I expected to get sick and jittery…nope. My energy level has risen tho…I am running up the stairs and jumping and doing stuff that I seemed to lazy to do a week ago…so far so good. I will NOT take more than the recommended dose but I almost feel compelled to take 2 pills at a time…but I wont.
I see a HUGE difference in my appetite. I have a 17mo old at home and I am a daily Marijuana user so I was EATING/Snacking all day long it seems and now, even after using Marijuana, I don’t feel hungry…I make myself eat something now and thats a great feeling to not always be hungry and full.

Second week on diet pills. Clothes are feeling easier to get on. So maybe I’ve lost something — don’t have a scale at home so I have to weigh myself here at work. Will do that soon….Have been feeling alright — even my blood pressure has been normal (one of my concerns). I take my BP a few times a months as I am on BP medicine for a number of years now. I’m not sure if this is a side effect of the Apidexin, but over the weekend, I experienced some really awful heartburn. Anyone out there having this problem? Maybe it’s just the foods I’m eating. Today I am fine, but was curious about anyone else. Still riding my bike at night or using Wii Fit plus to exercise. I’m a 56 year old female, 5’1″, 180 lbs and a diabetic. I desperately need to lose weight but am afraid to use any kind of medication such as Apidexin. Because of my diabetes, I have macular edema and my eyes sometimes fill with blood due to capillaries bursting inside the eye. I’m worried that Apidexin will cause that to happen more often. Does anyone have any ideas about this at all? Would love to try this but am terrified about side effects to my eyes.

I’ve just started taking the detox72 + Apidexin combo four days ago and good news is I’ve lost 3 lbs! I started by only taking the detox72 then day three I added in the other. Its best to start out with one and work your way up so you know your body can handle it. (that’s with any pill). I also recommend a multi vitamin with diet pills. I haven’t exercised, because I like to do the first week with the pill alone then next week start adding that in. Side effects = detox72: made me feel tired, but when I started taking it with Apidexin I had more energy than before. Apidexin: major headaches but after downing a glass or two of water that goes away. I only got jitters after drinking a can of caffeine. I eat small meals 3 times a day and I try and work in a snack, popcorn is always best way to go. This pill reminds me of phenhedrine with the headaches and quick results. However on that pill I got awful raspberry flavored belches, but I did lose 15 lbs in a month with that one. It seemed like my body got used to phenphedrine, so I decided to try something new. Hoping that this pill can help me get the same results or better!

This is my third week on Apidexin. This morning I woke up feeling lighter. Not sure what that means — I don’t have a scale at home, but my pants went on easier and it appears I have a little extra room in my slacks today. I worked out last night on Wii Fit Plus for about an hour, burned 216 calories, and weighed in at about 1.8 pounds lighter. I’ll weigh myself later on the Wii and see if there’s any more changes. My apidexin came with a bottle of detox u free 72 so for the first 3days I was taking both and lost half a stone. I continued to lose weight during my first week, coming to a total of about 10lbs. I then went on holiday for a week, I came home and forgot all about the apidexin for a while, although the weight stayed off. I have started taking them again this week and have already lost another 3lbs in 3days. I have felt quite lightheaded on occasions but drinking plenty of water seems to make me feel alot better. Also feel a little sick sometimes, usually about mid-morning, seems to pass quite quickly though. I have been getting on the treadmill a few times, twice before I went on holiday and once this week, along with regular situps, squats and lunges. Ive been taking the tablets going off the recommended dose, one first thing in the morning, killing off my appetite, then taking another about 12pm before having a small lunch about 1pm. Then just healthy evening meal. Along with about 3ltrs of water a day and some light exercise I think they are working nicely. However I have read quite alot of reviews where people havent seen any loss what so ever. I am only 20years old and initially weighed about 10st4, I only bought the tablets to help me get off the stone and a half I have put on recently and would say they are doing their job and giving me a good push in the right direction. I also think the psychologic side helps too, the idea of knowing I am taking something that is going to help me along abit puts me in a much better frame of mind, making me feel more confident about my weight. I started yesterday and ive lost a kilo or in pounds I think that is like 2.2 pounds..I just took one tablet today and 3 of the detox tablets because I found that after taking the 2nd apidexin tablet and the 2nd lot of detox tabs in the afternoon yesterday I was very very jittery and felt quite sick for 7hrs..it was bad..but today with only taking the one tablets its been better..but I did notice my appetite was suppressed more by taking the 2 apidexin yesterday. Ive written an email to the actual manufactures asking them for some advice on whether its the apidexin by itself that has probably caused my quite severe side effects or could it be the detox or just the combination of both..Im hoping that as I get use to them I can go back up to taking the 2nd lot of tablets again.

Its simple guys..the product will work fine if you stick to diet and exercise. do this take yer body weight x 7. that’s the calories you should be taking in per day, as you lose weight this number reduces. exercise daily as you will burn more calories. simple science burn more then you eat and weight loss will happen. If you are not counting calories then your doing it wrong. Apidexin will help your cause but it doesnt mean that you can hit the donuts again because of this product. It all comes down to hard work. you want the weight loss, earn it. you wanna make excuses then your outta luck. Good luck people

I’ve been taking Apidexin without the detox for 2 1/2-3 weeks and am just now seeing some results. Either the pills or food poisioning has made me nauseous for the last week…but I have lost at least 5 pounds and I look much slimmer. I already work out 5 times a week, 5 days cardio (running), 4 days strength training for 1 1/2 hrs. I think I am just beginning to lose the weight because although I am not superthin like I want to be, I have much less weight to lose than someone overweight, and I already have a muscular frame so I have less fat to lose. I plan to see how things go until I finish this bottle, then will decide whether or not to use it in the future. So far, I would recommend. I would LOVE to hear from someone who knows if the DETOX makes a difference or if Apidxin alone is just as effective.

Amazing! I am not overweight but have been wanting to lose the ten pounds i have gained the last year. I am 5’2 and in 4 days I went from 117 to 113

Apidexin really works… But you’ve got to make a routine and stick with it. You can’t be lazy, and you definately won’t see instant results, but don’t give up. I’m 20 and I weighed 209 a month ago. I started taking apidexin at the beginning of January. I took the detox pills as recomended, as well as 2 apidexin before breakfast and one with lunch (I’m highly sensitive to caffiene which is why I only take one at lunch and well before 2 pm.). Here it is a month later and I’m down to 185. Yes, I did have to watch what I ate, but there is no way I could have seen so much results with dieting alone… And no I have not been working out (though I imagine that my results would have been 3x that if I had). So like I said make a plan and stick with it, it will pay off eventually. It was well into my second bottle before I started seeing results. Best of luck with your diet!

This stuff is good! first day today. took 2 apidexin along with three 72 hour detox tablets at about 7am. had breakfast at about 7.40am. All i had was half a piece of toast. its now 1.30pm (took second lot of tablets at 12.45pm) and am not hungry at all and havnt had anything else to eat. have been going toilet heaps and drinking lots of water, but dont feel sick at all or anything, just abit hyper. weighed this morning, am 69.1kgs (19 years old). will keep posted!

Ok I just ordered a bottle of Apidexin. I did some research on other pills also. I thought I would try Apidexin to see how it works for me. I would like to lose around 15 lbs. Iam 47 yrs. old and it seem to be getting harder for me to lose. Weather permitting, I plan on starting to walk every day lately I have not done any excersise at all. A co-worker told me about this product and she was having such great results I thought I’d try it. I will start my program on 5/6/11 taking 1 Apidexin and 3 detouxFREE72 30 min before breakfast along with 20 oz of water and 1 Apidexin before lunch as directed. I will weight myself before I start taking the pills so that I can chart my progress. I’m currently on Weight Watchers (since 2/2011) which already teaches you how to eat healthy and do some moderate activity (exercise) regularly. I’m currently walking 2 miles 4 to 5 days a week and I drink plenty of water daily. So I’m hoping the pills along with my WW program will help me reach my ideal weight goal and also help me to maintain it. I’m hoping for the best.

I just started yesterday. Took one pill and didn’t feel much, a bit of energy but not crazy. I took another one in the afternoon and the same. No crazy surge of energy. Weird thing was I weighed my self this morning for kicks and I was 3 lbs lighter than yesterday. Could be just water weight, but we’ll see how the rest of the week goes. I have been taking apidexin for a month now, I take it on and off and only two pills a day. I have lost about 6 pounds and I am really happy about it. I may not be shedding pounds, but I have been gaining muscle and losing inches.
I do eat a lot healthier and try to exercise more so the apidexin is working more as a supplement to help the process.
I know it does not work for everyone, but it has worked for me. I still have half a bottle left too! I had no side effects, just an increase in energy. hope this helps guys! don’t forget to exercise and eat healthy

I read some comments in forums about people feeling jittery and having headaches with Apidexin so I was starting to feel a bit paranoid….as I had already purchased it. It is my first day today and thank heavens, I feel fine and not even one side effect (I’m taking it with the detox tablets). I eat very well (but healthy) and love to train, so I took these to help accelerate fat loss so I can build more muscle. Two weeks later: I have researched the product and suspect I was too hasty in buying it. For one thing, from what I could read, most of the clinically proven ingredients have not been tested on human beings. Someone correct and refer me if I am wrong. No side effects, but a mild increase in energy. I have not lost any weight, but that could just be muscle gain, as I have been training 4 to 5 times a week. This stuff rocks my socks! I too was really concerned with possible side effects after reading some negative reviews as I am pretty sensitive to stimulants and can barely even drink coffee without feeling dizzy and nauseous. The positives though seemed to outweight the negatives and I gave it a go. I began yesterday by having only 1 capsule before lunch, did exactly as the directions told me to…half hour before food, with 16oz of water. Almost immediately I felt a bit floaty and light headed..vision got a bit blurred and some gut rot started to rear its head but I nipped that in the bud with some more water. Problem solved. It made me eat far less at lunch than usual, surprising me because it was my very first dose. I was sooo thirsty the remainder of the day I ended up drinking 4 litres of water! The energy it provided me got me going on the elliptical at the gym for 1 hour and 15 mins! Unheard of for me and I wasnt even tired after that! Hopped on the scale this morning and it tells me I have lost 2 lbs…in 1 day! 1 freakin day! Probably water weight for the most part but thats ok
My belly already appears flatter. Crazy talk! It did take a while for me to fall asleep but I slept well and was up earlier and with more energy than usual in the morning.

I am 5’8″ and currently sitting at 162 lbs. My goal is to reach 140. My diet consists of mostly non fat and low sugar items, and I do exercise at least 5 days a week. I had hit a plateau and needed a kick start and this seems to have done the job. I give this stuff 4 thumbs up!

Hello ya all-
I started Apidexin about a week ago now and have lost exactly 6lbs. Now I have also been bond to the gym and working out for 1 to 2 hours every other day at the YMCA. So i don’t know if its just the Apidexin that’s getting the weight off?? Though i have not fully changed my diet, some days im good with what i eat and others i just eat what ever sounds good at the time/moment.
-I will keep taking the Apidexin until this bottle is gone and if I lose more then 10more lbs before it is, then I feel I will def. be purchasing more of this product. I am going to try and not work out a full week and see if I will still loss weight just taking the Apidexin.
O a little about me- I am a 21year old female, and am or was 200lbs when starting. Now i am at 195lbs. YAY! I also found out this month that i have PCOS- (Polycystic ovary syndrome) and as well i have a very bad auto immune system and seem to get sick often. My Doc. started me on some hormones and Birth control for the PCOS. In witch I was a little worried at first that the Apidexin and birth control would affect one another.
