they worked for me very well , i went on a diet,had nothing greasy or fatty,cerial in the morning skimmed milk,had a large salad lunch time,soup a1 slice of whole meal brown bread,i lost 10lbs first week, after 6 weeks i had lost 33lbs,had no accidents whats so ever

I toke them on holidays and I pooooops like mad every toilets was mine,couldn’t go out anywhere .had oily pants all the time I farted . It was horrible all mine White trousers yellow at the back side . And when leave the loo all been spotted with oil poops.bad bad.my all close still markt with yellow stains it’s impossible to wash it off.so didn’t loss any weight !!!

I’ve used this pill before in the past with no work out and lost the weight. But of course gained it back over the Christmas holidays so today is day one and started it again , along with yoga! Hopefully I will go back to my pant size! Good luck everyone

hey every one out there..i just thought that i would say ..I LOVE THIS PILL..iv only been taking it for 2 week’s going on 3 week’s and i have lost 12 pound’s..yeah in the beinging i had the oily poops but after changing the thing’s i was eating it stoped…so yesyou will see me buying more of this alli product..

I have taken Alli for 3 months and have lost 29 pound.I have kept to the low fat diet plan and exercised and have never felt healthier. Because of the side effects i have never cheated and have never experienced ANY side effects, so result. No pill is going to work if you dont change the reason why you got over weight in the first place. Alli taught me how to eat, cook and live a more healthy way

Alli was the best thing that has happen for me I lost 32 pounds off of it. The reason why people are getting the cramping and the runs is you have to chang your eating habit when you are taking Alli. Alli takes the fat out of your food and passes out of your body so if your still eating pizza and fried chicken yes your going to have a problem. NO GREESY FOODS!!! Do some walking and drink water and make sure you take a multi vitamin and you will see great things happening for you.

I have used Alli for three months and have lost a total of sixteen pounds. The pills work and if you eat too much fat of course the fat has to come out some where because that is what the pill is designed to do. Solution-stay on a low fat program!
