I have only taken it for about a week and a half. I haven’t noticed much weight lost but my clothes fit loser. I think it is working good but I do agree that the weight loss is mainly because of the foods Im eating. Low if any fat. (But no exercise). that’s most likely the reason im not experianceing treatment effects also. It won’t work if you don’t do it right, so why waste your money if your not going to do it right.

Alli was the best thing that has happen for me I lost 32 pounds off of it. The reason why people are getting the cramping and the runs is you have to chang your eating habit when you are taking Alli.
