Alli is the most popular diet pill on the market. Why? Its effectiveness has little to nothing to do with it.   2. i bought this from boots the chemist and thought they would know if they were good or not,all they have done tome is make my stomach swell up so much and make my urine smell.think i will go back to basics.its a total waste of money.

If you follow the low fat diet instructions and do not exceed the the fat limits you should have no accidents and no need to carry spare pants around. I have had no problems from the very start of the course of pills and would throughly reccommend it. Simply follow the instructions.

  4. Bloated, deflated wallet (£50! for a month) and nothing much else. I felt that they weren’t doing anuything as I east well (steak, chicken salads veg etc) but even after a niaghty fryup from Morrisons, nothing. I feel cheated. My wife has had oily stools, but not me. Just bloated and miserable.

  8. I have only taken it for about a week and a half. I haven’t noticed much weight lost but my clothes fit loser. I think it is working good but I do agree that the weight loss is mainly because of the foods Im eating. Low if any fat. (But no exercise). that’s most likely the reason im not experianceing treatment effects also. It won’t work if you don’t do it right, so why waste your money if your not going to do it right.

  11. Alli was the best thing that has happen for me I lost 32 pounds off of it. The reason why people are getting the cramping and the runs is you have to chang your eating habit when you are taking Alli. Alli takes the fat out of your food and passes out of your body so if your still eating pizza and fried chicken yes your going to have a problem. NO GREESY FOODS!!! Do some walking and drink water and make sure you take a multi vitamin and you will see great things happening for you.

Because of the side effects i have never cheated and have never experienced ANY side effects, so result.
