I can attest to the side effects being a major issue. I tried this pill 2 years ago. I loved it mainly because you only have to take 1 in the morning, and it maintained its strength throughout the day. I didn’t feel hungry at all. Plus, I had lots of energy. I was actually eating half of my meals, but I had to make sure that I ate something because I was never hungry. So, I would just cut my meals in half. I would eat cereal for breakfast. Where I worked at the time, we had a huge cafeteria. I would normally get a meat and 2 veggies, but I never ate the whole meal for lunch. I would just eat half for lunch and the other half for dinner. I did lose 25 pds after using it for only 6 weeks. However, it caused me to have insomnia. I stopped sleeping, and my mind started to play tricks on me because of my lack of sleep ultimately sending me into a psychosis. I had to go into the psych ward of a local hospital to get rest and to get the pills out of my system and clear my thinking. I have also read about a case of a woman taking this pill, and it she ended up having brain damage. It is true that it is highly effective, but please be warned that it is also extremely dangerous.

I love this pill; no side effects oder than dried mouth.
I was 178 lb and now i am down to 129 lb I feel great.
when i used Adipex I wasn’t hungry at all,but all i did was eating healthy, eat breakfast, snacks, lunch and diner even though I wasn’t hungry but didn’t eat after 7pm thats what helped me lose the weight and trained my body on how to eat the right amounts of food per meal.

I took Adipex for about a year. I can honestly say that I’ve never lost as much weight as I did with Adipex. However, that was because I stopped eating and my heart was racing all of the time. During the first few months, I had great energy and it even curbed some of my social anxiety, but after awhile, I started to feel incredibly depressed. It got so bad that I was to depressed to even move. NOTHING was enjoyable. I would literally sit in one place and stare at nothing for long periods of time. Sure, I lost a lot of weight, but at what cost? I have heart issues now, and I’ve gained back ALL of the weight – plus some. NOT WORTH IT.

I never got any of the negative side effects as most of you… I think adipex is the best pill for weight loss out there.. I lost 10 pounds in the 1st week i took the pills then another 7 two weeks later i stopped takin the pills just because i wanted to take a break from all the energy it gives you and i wanted to actually have a good sleep…All in all it works great and i call it my Magic Cert…..

I took Adipex for 3-4 months and lost 80 lbs. I did have to change my diet; low fat foods, watching the saturated/trans fat levels, but it was worth it in the end. I still want to lose more weight and am about to start on my second trial of Adipex. As far as side effects go, I was dizzy and lightheaded for the first 2-3 days and very jittery but once the drug is absorbed into your system and your body is used to the daily intake of the medication, the side effects go away.

I would recommend this drug to anyone. I started out at 315 lbs and am now at 230 lbs. This drug is for serious weight loss people only. You have to be willing to change your diet and lifestyle.

I have been taking adpiex for 2 months and like any other pills or anything else there will always be good / bad things that will be said. I think they are a good “slim pill”. I have lost 25 lbs. and the outcome of it? GREAT…..
