I think it is ignorant for a person to say that any product always works or always doesnt work because everyone is made diffrently.

I have been using the Dr Max Powers “BURN with Acai” for about 5 weeks and I have already been losing weight and noticed a nice energy boost at the very beginning. I am very happy with the product and am done wasting my money on other diet pills. I will keep buying it.

These people are ignorant scam artists, whatever you do DO NOT let them beat you. We are all in the same boat here and we must all fight for our money back. First things first DO NOT TAKE ANY OF THE TABLETS!! OR EVEN BREAK THE SEAL!! Wrap those things back up, take them to the post office and send them back as signed delivery. This way you will know they have recived them back. SECONDLY if you can get a uk number for them try ringing it, i got through and actually spoke to the supervisor there, aparently im going to get a rufund for 90% of the money they took from me (ask for this as a cheque),but we will soon see. THIRDLY CANCELL YOUR BANK CARD!! they will not be able to take any more from you. Gather as much information as you can, contact the trading standards, fraud investigation team and the police. show them this page of comments too. Then write to this pathetic company and tell them that you want all of your money back- minus the shipping costs. These people are just out to get all your money so you have to be persistant and keep your hopes up that you will get your money back.GOOD LUCK. maria x

I was scamed as well. but I got my money back, they’ve taken 3 payments from my account without my authorisation. So I emailed them LOADS of time saying that my bank was going to take them to court if tey didn’t give my money back, I’ve got 2 payments back, one for $100 and the other for $85. I ordered this product bec. of the free sample I only paid for $4.99 shipping. After I orderd i did a research about the product and i read all of this bad information. I went right away to my bank to cancel my account and open a new one.after a week I received the product without any information on it then throw it right away on the trash. That was already been a year now , yesterday I received a letter from the collection agency name of the agency is “The COllection Connection” charging me for $87.20. I wonder what is that for i dont remember that i owe to anybody. I called right away the number shows there , the lady that i spoke said the acai elite that I have ordered, she said they couldnt charge my ATM card bec. its alredy been cancelled. I just want to ask some advice if do i have to pay this amount or not. I just only afraid that they might ruin my credit report. please help…

i had the same problem, i ordered the free sample, but the had taken £300 from my accout, i had to cancel my credit card. Their was no instruction ,how to take this pill as well.

Gather all info possible bank statements, receipts and emails before dealing with your bank.

this is consumer fraud, no 3rd party is in the small print and it is stealing. bank is not obliged to refund your money unless they pass it on to fraud dept in writing.i got back over £300.

Same here, they charge my credit card but I never received the product…elite pack

But I am looking at my credit card statement here and the PHONE NUMBER that I have is 866-396-2729. I will give them a call tonight!!!
