I recommend going directly to a GNC store if you want Acai products. At least you know you are going to get your product, and how much it will cost!!!!

Acai Elite is a scam - people out there don’t place any order; not even free trial bottle.
I made an order for free trial bottle. The cost was stated as 5.95 but at the end of the order it said the trial bottle is for free but shipping cost of 19.95 which I thought that was fair.
However, about two weeks later they charged me for another 79.95, then one month later charging me for 4.95 and 95.63 again!
So I need to block my card now. My bank asking me to file dispute form. Just hope I can get back some $$$.
So people out there, don’t trust Acai Elite business, it is a fraud!

omg, i just ordered the free trial an hour ago before reading all of your comments….gonna go to my bankers early as possible to freeze my account….good luck to all those who got scammed. hope you get your money back….i so need to lose weight…anyone knows the best pills?

I also order the acai berry product. They sent it out about a week after ordering. However, when I went to call and cancel the two phone numbers given were not working, it kept hanging up. I called back a few days later after I saw that they had charged my CC 64.95 before the 17 days which is what they stated on their web. I contacted them and I got the run around, I asked for a supervisor, he said that there was no way to refund the money. I promptly canceled my card so that no further charges would be made, I filed a fraud report at my bank for unauthorized charges and I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a report only to find out that I was one of 350 such reports made. I quickly received a response from the BBB, the company was willing to refund my money. They tried to credit my card, but of course I had closed it, so they promptly sent me a check in the mail for the full amount. This company is a scam in hopes of getting money from all the people who don’t cancel within the short time given, and for those who don’t check their CC statements daily. Don’t order from any of them, I’m sure you can find this product or similar in your local health food store. Better yet, let’s stop eating so much.

i just ordered acai elite and recvd a confrm frm a third party, trying to get me to cont. the re-occuring charges by offering me a trip.I told the rep I was not interested and she hung up. I called back to v/f Ithis would not effect my order and they directed me to Elite Acai.866-949-0138. I spoke to Jane agent number8-196 she sd s cnclld my account and I would only be charged .99 confirmation #1956915…They better not charge me! And I do want to try the product.I then recvd a call fr Natrure Pure and told her I also wanted to cancel my account she ref me to 877-350-8480.There I spoke to Roxanne Gacia and recvd a confr# of CRI-1325617.sHE TLD ME i WLD RECV A 2 WEEK SUPPLY AND NO OTHER ORDERS WOULD BE FILLED OR CHARGED.WISHE ME LUCK…

I had just purchased the free trial and am shocked to only come across this site after having received my trial bottle. I don’t see any effects from the pills. I can’t seem to contact anyone from their company via email. No one has responded. Its obvious that they are a scam. I had my suspicions when I saw the package from China. I want to get a refund back. Anyone could provide with their contact number or so? Tried this number ,239-494-4875 which Diana had provided above but to no avail.

WELL I MAY BE ONE OF THE LUCKY ONES…. AFTER 2 PAYMENTS WERE TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE & USING 2 DIFFERENT NAMES TOO…. I HAVE MANAGED TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED……
GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR CARD COMPANY… GATHER AS MUCH INFO AS U CAN… TELL THEM U HAVE HAD MONEY TAKEN OUT WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE ETC. & U WANT TO OPEN A DISPUTE….THE DOWNSIDE TO THIS IS THAT THEY WILL FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR UP TO 45 DAYS UNTIL THE DISPUTE GOES ON…. WHEN IT WAS SORTED I CANCELLED CARD & REQUESTED A NEW 1.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN SCAMMED BEFORE & I WASN’T GOING TO LET THE THIEVES HAVE MY HARD EARNED CASH !!!!!!
GOOD LUCK ALL OF YOU THAT ARE STIL TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK… DON’T GIVE UP.

i aplyed for the free trial which was supposed to 5.99 for shipping to find out they chagred me 25.99 they better not take any more i havet otharised for them to do that.
