I also order the acai berry product. They sent it out about a week after ordering. However, when I went to call and cancel the two phone numbers given were not working, it kept hanging up. I called back a few days later after I saw that they had charged my CC 64.95 before the 17 days which is what they stated on their web. I contacted them and I got the run around, I asked for a supervisor, he said that there was no way to refund the money. I promptly canceled my card so that no further charges would be made, I filed a fraud report at my bank for unauthorized charges and I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a report only to find out that I was one of 350 such reports made. I quickly received a response from the BBB, the company was willing to refund my money. They tried to credit my card, but of course I had closed it, so they promptly sent me a check in the mail for the full amount. This company is a scam in hopes of getting money from all the people who don’t cancel within the short time given, and for those who don’t check their CC statements daily. Don’t order from any of them, I’m sure you can find this product or similar in your local health food store. Better yet, let’s stop eating so much.

Acai Elite is a scam – people out there don’t place any order; not even free trial bottle.
I made an order for free trial bottle. The cost was stated as 5.95 but at the end of the order it said the trial bottle is for free but shipping cost of 19.95 which I thought that was fair.
However, about two weeks later they charged me for another 79.95, then one month later charging me for 4.95 and 95.63 again!
So I need to block my card now. My bank asking me to file dispute form. Just hope I can get back some $$$.
So people out there, don’t trust Acai Elite business, it is a fraud!

I went right away to my bank to cancel my account and open a new one.after a week I received the product without any information on it then throw it right away on the trash. These people are ignorant scam artists, whatever you do DO NOT let them beat you. We are all in the same boat here and we must all fight for our money back. First things first DO NOT TAKE ANY OF THE TABLETS!! OR EVEN BREAK THE SEAL!! Wrap those things back up, take them to the post office and send them back as signed delivery. This way you will know they have recived them back. SECONDLY if you can get a uk number for them try ringing it, i got through and actually spoke to the supervisor there, aparently im going to get a rufund for 90% of the money they took from me (ask for this as a cheque),but we will soon see. THIRDLY CANCELL YOUR BANK CARD!! they will not be able to take any more from you. Gather as much information as you can, contact the trading standards, fraud investigation team and the police. show them this page of comments too.
