Some advice for ALL INTERNET SHOPPERS….Always read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS before purchasing anything on the internet. This product definitely isn’t what the company claims, and the fact that they charge almost $100 for a bottle that has spelling errors on the label, means that it is a waste of money.
I did the free trial to see what kind of crap this was all about, and it was definitely hard to try and cancel. I have never had a problem cancelling a trial offer!

First of all the contact number is not a toll free number. I had to call a Canadian number.

Also when cancelling this trial offer, you can’t expect them to return your emails and phone messages. I actually got the emails I sent to them returned by the “MAILER DAEMON” in my inbox.

YOU HAVE TO STAY ON HOLD AND WAIT TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP.

The customer service rep was even pretty aggressive. She kept trying to get me to pay for the membership, and I must have said No about 10 times.

It is okay to try a trial offer, that is why they are “Trial Offers”. However, if the company does not make it easy for you to cancel they are trying to scam you out of your money.

And the only way you know if the trial offer is a scam is if you READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS! They are always located at the very bottom of the website. It is such a small link, but it is IMPORTANT TO READ. They will tell you everything about the trial offer. (WHEN TO CANCEL, HOW MUCH YOU WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU DON’T CANCEL, & THE COMPANY’S CONTACT INFO)

I recommend from my experience that you do not even try this trial offer. It was such a pain to deal with.

Besides, there are no magic pills…even if they do have some acai berry ingredient. Remember when Green Tea was the big hype? There are way too many diet pills that all claim the same thing. If they all were the greatest, there wouldn’t be thousands of competitors!

Its easy to cancel you subscription, go to the web site and click “customer care” put in the required order info and select “cancel subscription”.I havent had any deductions from my card.

I’m in the same boat. Last month I felt into the trape of this scam Acai Berry Power Blast and I never and I do say NEVER receive the bottle for the trial. And to had insult to injury they charge me the full price for the product that I never saw or receive. I manage to get a toll free number but when i got the line the person on the line was telling me that it is not one of there product.

Hope this will help the people to not buy this product

I RECEIVED MY ACAIPOWER BLAST AND COLON CLEANSE BUT WEB SITE DO NOT HAVE CONTACT DETAILS. THEIR CONTACT DETAILS ARE ALL INVALID AND THEY SAY THEY CONTACT YOU 24 48 HRS IF ANY QUESTIONS ANSWERED BUT THIS IS NOT SO. HAVEN’T TRIED 2 PRODUCTS YET BUT SOUNDS LIKE IT IS VERY HARD TO CANCEL ORDER AS THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR QUESTIONS AND ALSO ON THE DELIVERY DOCKET FROM CHINA IT IS WRITTEN IN CHINESE WITH NO RETURN DELIVERY ADRESS,,,, SUSS…… BE WARE….

DO NOT BUY FROM these websites. It is a complete and utter SCAM!! I signed up for the free trial like a fool despite my reluctancy and I NEVER received the product. I tried to call their phoney customer service number that is ironically located in only one spot on their entire vague website. A recording comes on automatically EVERY time not even saying the companies name, but that they are currently on hold with other customers…LIE!!!!! I was on hold for a total of 2 hours and I called 3 times, left 2 messages, and sent 2 emails. STILL NO RESPONSE!!!!! They never sent me an email confirming my order in the first place and haven’t sent one yet. I actually went on the site to look up the contact info again and a cyber chick wanting to sell me the product came on and I asked her for a service number and she gave me a number to a completely different herbal supplier who said they were not involved with powerblast at all. They are FOREIGN, my bank notified me. My 14 day trial came and went and I never even got the product. I was charged almost $90 for shipping and the ghost product not to mention $2.55 from my bank because it was a foreign transaction. I wish that sites like this could be shut down and sued for all they have, but it is never that easy. IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO DO THAT, PLEASE….SAVE A LOT OF PEOPLE MONEY AND STOP THESE PEOPLE FROM STEALING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!! THIS IS A SCAM!! I got the “free” product for $5.95.US. 3 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT FROM CHINA! I RECEIVED AN EMAIL TO SAY I WOULD BE CHARGED $89.95 US AFTER ENJOYING A 14 DAY TRIAL PERIOD, YET I’D ONLY HAD IT 3 DAYS. I REPLIED STATING I WANTED TO RETURN IT, AS IT WAS ACTUALLY $112 AU!! I RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL TONIGHT SAYING THAT THEY HOPED I WAS ENJOYING THE PRODUCT AND THANKING ME FOR MY CUSTOMER LOYALTY AND THAT MORE PRODUCT WAS ON ITS WAY, AND MY CREDIT CARD WAS BEING CHARGED AGAIN.
