Although i still dont agree with the trial (trial for 30days but if not happy in 14 then send them back), well its not a fair trial is it then! Anyhow i thought bloody hell i better get on and cancel straight away as i tried the internet site as advertised with it turning out to be a phishing site so abandoned. Rung the 0800 number and although did wait 20min was very surprised to speak to a nice gentleman who i thought was very helpful although was probably thinking what an idiot i was falling for it. Anyway as he went on i said i hadnt even received the products yet but was assuming as had ordered over the wkend they would come that day or the next couple. He agreed and was very pleasant and sent me my cancellation email confirmation while i was on the line so i could check it went through and needn't ring again. I told him i would be taking half the tablets out as it would have been past a wk since i ordered and received the products and that as i had paid for 14 days of them then that was what i would take out of each bottle. He informed me as long as there was 50% left in the bottles that will be fine and that you can wait until 21 days to return them but i thought im not getting caught out that way either. He also informed me if they didn't turn up by the following wed to send an email to them directly, i thought it was the same one advertised and informed him that was a waste of time, he informed me it should be ok and they normally get back in a couple of days. I shall leave the address and phone number on the bottom. Anyhow cut the long story short! i was only charged my 4.99 shipping fee. I rang the bank and reported the card Lost/Stolen, Then I read other peoples reviews saying it did no good they still get to take money as they do it via recurring repayment, I thought that cant be right and have had to wait until this morning to ring HSBC bank back and the friendly guy said REPORTING THE CARD LOST/STOLEN WILL STOP ANYONE TAKING A PAYMENT ON THAT CARD, THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SAYING CANCELLING THE CARD DOES NOT STOP THEM TAKING MONIES MUST NOT HAVE REPORTED THE CARD LOST/STOLEN BUT JUST REQUESTED A NEW ONE WHICH MEANS THAT A NEW CARD WITH THE SAME DETAILS WILL BE ISSUED MEANING THAT PRO ACTION OR WHOEVER CAN TAKE MONIES WHENEVER AS THEY HAVE THOSE DETAILS BUT IF YOU REPORT IT LOST/STOLEN YOU ARE GIVEN A WHOLE NEW BANK CARD.
