The new formula is said to be the same as the old but has added ingredients that will increase the results in a smaller amount of time. I actually prefer these ingredients compared to other fat burners out there, they will serve it’s purpose if you take them diligently. They do however suggest that it targets belly fat which isn’t necessarily true since there is no way of proving that nor have clinical studies been conducted on the effects of belly fat and CLA. Although there has been proof that everyone’s body differs in where they lose fat first. Sorry to burst your bubble but if you lose it first in your arms rather than your belly it’s going to stay that way. By all means does this not mean you won’t lose belly fat, I’m just saying you can’t spot reduce. Beside’s my approval on their ingredients I can’t say if its enough to actually be effective, they have not dissclosed this information.
