I have bought 5 bottles- 1 for a friend.
Cant wait to start it tomorrow and see some results.
After a long time of looking into the right ones for me and ones that wldnt commit harm to my body i found these. Its also had great reviews. I am trusting the feedback too.

I started my my pills yesterday morning after I weighed myself. Taking 6 pills before breakfast drinking two sixteen oz bottles of water, and at lunch drinking the same. I found myself thirsty and peeing ALOT. Through out the day I ate only fruit and vegetables and at evening for dinner I ate special K cereal and of course still drinking plenty of water. I then followed by a twenty minute workout on my elliptical machine. I then weighed myself and noticed I lost four pounds since the morning. Wow Then today I started the same routine except I had a huge bowel movement. I weighed my self again and I have now lost a total of 7lbs and it hasn’t even been a day and a half. I love this product. I would recommend it for anyone who is serious about detoxing and trying to lose weight. I know as long as I continue to watch what I eat and exercise properly I will be able to keep my weight off.

I have done this 7 day cycle 3 times and have not lost and weight or inches. This product did not work for me.

I started taking this product a week ago and I haven’t lost any weight. I took the pills as directed, 6 pills 30 minutes before breakfast and 6 pills 30 minutes before lunch. I eat healthy and exercise at least 30-45 mintues 3 days a week.

Clearly you aren’t going to lose weight if you arent following the directions such as working out for a MINIMUM of 30 minutes a day..also the directions say to take 6 before breakfast and 6 before dinner, obviously they made it that way for a reason. Im on my 6th day and I’ve lost 6 pounds, I am not jittery at ALL, I feel good and a lot more full then I usually am… Im dieting and working out for 30-60 minutes a day

On day two and have lost 3.4 pounds. Minor intestinal cramping. Reduced appetite. Eating healthy. Little exercize. Weighed 150. Should weigh 135. Taking as directed. Breakfast at 7, lunch at noon.

not sure yet how well it works… im on day 3 and only lost 1 lb… i weigh 135 lbs so i dont have as much to loose as some- no side effects for me but i drink alot of caffeiene normally so cut out some of my caffiene intake when i began- also no bowel movements yet- which i expected more because it is a detox ???? i will repost when finished

Today makes 7 days that I’ve been taking this pill. The first day it worked. However I had to change the way I take it. I took 4 pills 30 minutes before breakfast with 16 ounces of water and 4 pills 30 minutes before lunch with 16 ounces of water. I was jittery and up all night, because I can’t take anything with caffeine. Since then I’ve taken 4 pills every morning 30 minutes before breakfast with 16 ounces of water. It does crave hunger but I haven’t seen any weight loss. If you ask me it does not work but i will try for another 7 days. I have 2 bottles.

i just need advice, i have not taken this product, but im terrified to take diet pills, most of which are very unhealthy. Anyone who’s taken the 7 day diet pill, please inform me.. I need to know if its safe, and if it works.
