It doesn’t work I have been taking it for 11 days and I haven’t seen any changes. I was so excited but still the same weight I started off with.

It didnt work for me and I was very upset. I took it like the directions said and I even made sure I was eating better so that I could lose weight faster but I didnt lose any weight. I am trying it one more time because of the low cost, and I will then update my thoughts after the week is through.

With very moderate dieting I have lost almost 2inches off my waistline. I have not lost weight which is fine with me which means I am not losing muscle. That was with bottle. It has had no side effects at all. I like it and will try it another 2 weeks to see if I can get my waist where I want it.

Today makes 7 days that I’ve been taking this pill. The first day it worked. However I had to change the way I take it. I took 4 pills 30 minutes before breakfast with 16 ounces of water and 4 pills 30 minutes before lunch with 16 ounces of water. I was jittery and up all night, because I can’t take anything with caffeine. Since then I’ve taken 4 pills every morning 30 minutes before breakfast with 16 ounces of water. It does crave hunger but I haven’t seen any weight loss. If you ask me it does not work but i will try for another 7 days. I have 2 bottles.
