-my word of choice, is WOW! i started the program on mon & have lost 3 lbs already (today is thurs)! all b/c i changed the foods i ate & my exercise program.
-i was eating yogurt, cottage cheese, whole grain waffles, stuff like that for breakfast. snack would include a fiber bar. lunch: lean cuisine & then a low fat dinner. my workouts were intense , tae-bo, turbo-jam, hip hop abs,& zumba.
-i also did insanity where i sweat my butt off-thinking i have to be losing & nothing.
-My wedding is now less than 3 months away & i was @ the point that maybe my body isn’t capable of losing & im stuck w/ this body. then i saw the infomercial that changed my life.
